Hi everyone at Quatt I would just like to express my compliments to a job well done today by your two mechanics here at my house If I recall correctly the names of the two men were Martin and Ramon Very nice guys polite and clearly understood their business I was helped with installing the apps needed and had a good explanation of how to use it Once again chapeau

Very poor costumer service
Very poor costumer service My Quatt doesn t work and despite several calls no response from Quatt yet It s cold in my house for a whole day already Call center is only able to send message to quatt and quatt is not responding at all

Be careful when arranging a house inspection
Be careful when arranging a house inspection from Quatt as they will just take the money and then say that the installation is impossible Then despite stating on the website that you will get a refund you will hear nothing from them no answers to emails or phone calls This is what happened to me two weeks ago During the house inspection a guy said that the installation was impossible and that he had to check it in the office I still haven t got anything from them no email with decision no refund

Watch out to these scammers
Watch out to these scammers They were so nice to advice us regarding the installation on the roof but once they got the 100 money wired to them they start saying it is not possible to install the pump on the roof for safety reason They have done it many times for other clients we asked for a refund and they emitted a credit nota of 10 174 on 17th October today is 11th November no track of that money neither a proof of payment Customer service is non existent short hours never reply to an email I manage to talk only twice in a month of trying to get in contact

Weak technical support team and poor customer service
Everything went fine until the day Quatt installed the heat pump Two friendly Polish installers arrived at our house around 9 am and we expected the job to be done within 4-5 hours Unfortunately these guys worked very hard till 6pm without finishing their job They mentioned there was an issue with the product and tried to contact Quatt s support center by phone but they struggled to get through Around 6 pm the installers told us that they couldn t finish the job and left without fixing our radiator They asked us to call Quatt to resolve the issues WTF As a result our heater wasn t functioning properly and we were left with a cold house for over a week We called the number 0202610170 for assistance and they always promised to call us back as soon as possible but we never received a callback Additionally whenever we tried to get help they asked us to hold on while they connected us to their colleagues but they consistently hung up after a few seconds We ve been unable to reach them After a week and calling them everyday a support manager finally reached out to arrange for someone to fix the heater The following day a Dutch technician came to repair the heat pump Everything seemed fine when he left but we soon started hearing a lot of noise and vibrations in the living room and bedroom as the unit is located on the flat roof of an additional living space We also discovered a leak in the radiator So now the worst part is our radiator not working at all and we are either being tortured by noise or cold We paid 6k EUR for people to come our house ruin our heater and leave a mess A few messages for who are considering using heat pump Please make sure to find companies with strong technical support and customer service teams I can t tell to the quality of Quatt s products overall but I can say that their back-office team is not strong enough to support us at least not during our experience They tested our patience under the winter weather We always want to support young businesses but we didn t make the best decision this time So if you re considering Quatt products it might be better to wait until they ve matured as a business Thanks for your patience I m doing my best to control my anger while writing these words

Poor aftersales service and communication
During the sales talk Quatt told me that they would probably know earlier than me of any malfunctioning of the heat pump implying prompt repair My Quatt was installed quite nicely in November 2024 but started freezing in January 2025 when temperatures were reaching about zero and this happens all the time Apparently the Quatt does not defrost I received a workaround to set the gas price low as this results in the Quatt not operating and my boiler doing all the work Emails about repair requests did not result in meaningful response and during talks to their emergency number with long wait times which is not meant for this but the only way to reach them resulted in unkept promised not being called back etc Half of the times I ended up being transfered to a callcenter where they knew nothing could do nothing than send a mail to Quatt without actions Finally I got a Quatt technician on the phone who told me that there was a problem with a 4-way valve and I received an e-mail that a service appointment would be made Since then I received a package with some spare parts but there is still no repair date The result is that I have a dysfunctional Quatt now for over 4 weeks without an indication when this will be rectified

I request quatt representative to visit my house in Eindhoven He gave me estimation and offer where extra piping work was mentioned 250 euro I asked him to clarify and he told anything above 8m you have to pay 250 euro even if it is 50 cm Totally ridiculous

I got Quatt installed in beginning of
I got Quatt installed in beginning of Feb this year Everything went well from intak planning and till the installation And then the actual experience started which can increase anyone s stress levels to the maximum The installer removed the Washmachine at the attic outlet pipe during installation and put it aside towards a hole and he forgot to connect it back after installation Next day The washmachine started to run and half an hour later there was water leakage everywhere in the house and water came from attic through the hole till the Fuse box at ground floor and I had to shutdown electricity as there was a big risk We waited whole day without power at home and in the end of the day an electrician from Quatt came and fixed the electricity and told us everything is ok Several days later when I got my energy bill I realized that My Solar panels stopped working exactly from the time when the leak happened and I lost lot of energy as it s almost a month my solar panels didn t work The worst problem is nobody from Quatt give a call to discuss the issue and every time a different person will send you an email asking for same explantation 100 of times They just want to kill your time your patience and in the end your energy just to make you exhaust in some manner and they will do everything except helping you out I had really good experience in this country so far and this is the first time I am feeling cheated and disgusted just because I went with the trust that most companies work quite professionally here Along with that I have explained to their customer service few times that I am an expat living here with my wife who is also a grade 4 cancer patient so you can think about how difficult it is going for us with this stress Finally I have to come out and write this long review because I have tried all other ways to get my issue fixed with them without success Please think 10 times before going with this company guys it s your hard earned money

High gas bill and poor customer service
We installed Quatt heat pump a month and a half ago Inspite of the heat pump our gas price is too high for last month We were promised that whenever required we can get expert on phone Inspite of trying multiple times no one bothered to give a call back Looking at such a high gas price and really poor customer service we have started thinking if it was even a good decision to go for quatt heat pump
