Believe all the bad reviews

Believe all the bad reviews I passed my driving test not with them a while ago and have been traumatised since I didn t leave a review because I ve seen google replies to previous reviews and didn t want the drama Avoid at all costs The guarantee of free lessons until you pass it a scam one every two weeks only at very specific times isn t easy for anyone The driving instructors I had were not very nice I was shouted and screamed at I genuinely found learning to drive a really traumatising experience because of these guys I didn t realise how bad they were until I had a new driving instructor who was lovely I ended up forking out more money for a different instructor that was 1 Half their price 2 So much nicer I didn t believe the horrendous reviews and I should have please be very wary and don t part with your cash do things the normal and traditional way the best way to learn is with time and patience - these crash courses are not at all good The only decent thing that came of it is I passed my theory - but you can do this with a practice app for a fraction of the price Now being older and wiser I wish I could go back and tell myself not to do this I should have left a review sooner but their management is honestly a bit scary and bullying seems to be the norm

not value for money

With only 20 of the hours actual driving and the driver cutting every lesson 15 min short most definitively not value for money at almost double the price of independent driver Would not recommend find a good instructor elsewhere

Worst driving company do not waste your money

I booked a course 4 months in advance to be told 3 days before there was no driving instructor available I then asked for a refund I was completely ignored I have called there office 25 times to be told the correct department will call back within the hour I did not receive any call Customer team on the phone was very rude I have been waiting since the 28th of August for my money to be returned Sent emails to have absolutely no confirmation back I have taken this matter to citizens advice and the financial ombudsman I am a nursing university student and have no way of booking any other lessons because the money is still being held by the company This situation is extremely disappointing especially because the company could not deliver the service that was offered I will be taking them to court if the money is not returned within the week Do not give them any money

Avoid at all costs

EDIT I left a booking reference with the initial review I am reporting 5DAY to TrustPiliot I ve noticed this response on a number of negative posts it very much feels like a tactic designed to discredit any negative posts I am writing this after having contacted 5DAY ---They are just booking agents They don t care whether you pass or fail Customer service is genuinely appalling They literally do not care They ve just contacted me after 7 months for the first time to say they can t book my test because my theory test has expired Apparently due to the fact they have 21 test centres they can t be expected to keep customers informed They ve also informed me that they don t have a phone line that can make outgoing calls What exactly do they imagine I should have been doing for the past seven months Should I have been having regular lessons ever since May to make sure I m ready for a test seven months later The experience has left me livid 5DAY is a gross exaggeration Even 5MONTH would be an exaggeration

Just don t do it

Just don t do it I dont even have the energy to go into the full details of why not to just don t Find a local instructor who can give you dedicated time you will spend more in time but less in cost I paid for a test through the 5DAY link in September 2021 Got fed up with being given the run around saying there were no tests available due to the pandemic even tho 5DAY claim to be able to beat the DVSA waiting times So I requested a refund on the website on 25th July 2022 I have the email refund request and a voicemail to confirm the refund would be processed 5DAY - I ve still not had a refund where is my 62 Reference WL-KNLQ9 Eastcote

Unconscionable Thievery

This company are terrible and I would urge you to choose a different provider I did the 5DAYS intensive course a year ago at the North London Branch passed my theory and then was unable to book a test as my instructor and course leader both left the company And I am unsurprised they chose to do so as they have refused to refund me for a year now after failing to supply a new instructor Worse still they have said I must pay them more money to do further lessons due to how much time has elapsed - which is their fault due to staffing issues and not in my control They have been rude and very cruel The money I used was left by my beautiful Nan who passed away shortly before I took the course They re really cruel
