Service was good

Service was good sometimes it takes few days for the request to get processed but the only thing that was hassle for me is that the shipper request for receiver for release signature of the package it has been 10days already and it was even DHL delivery to CANADA and until bow I haven t gotten my package bc there is no one home to receive it I usually asked dhl to leave at front door but due to shipper request the signature now I have to make arrangements to have it pick up at their location which is so much hassle for me bc I start and finish work which dhl is still close So delays after delays I just wish we have that options to pick that it can be contactless

Nice nice nice

Good experience once again I was one happy person opening my late Christmas package Few short notes - They were a little slower in securing my items this time I think several hours as opposed to the usual ten minutes However it s likely they experienced more orders than usual due to how close we were to the holidays- 8mart recently implemented a 30 day free storage counter next to each item and changed how shipping requests are made - meaning they ll consolidate the package and then offer options complete with prices from which you can choose yourself I highly prefer this over going in blind with 8mart s choice or hoping my package falls within the conditions of my preferred option and take it as a sign that they really do value our feedback as customers - Looking forward to future improvements - I couldn t use their winter special promotion 300yen per item fee as much as I would ve liked - also it lasted about two days compared to some proxies running their promotions for a month or so - but I appreciate the gesture Maybe there ll be a day when 8mart can run their promotions for longer Until then I m for the most part happy with what they provide

Fast Refund

Refund is always on point as they say received it the same day it got cancelled same as previous experiences However wish they can add a priority option even though they said there is it s nowhere to be seen with estimated timing of order as well as it being able to be refunded if the good isn t purchased Saw the fees will be increased from 300 yen to 500 yen Wish it can help incentive the staffs to order quicker The fees will be the same as buyee which purchases the items immediately therefore I hope 8mart can up the game in purchase speed or else there really isn t a point in using this proxy unless it is unavailable in Buyee I don t think a few hundred yen is that important to us that s why I don t mind even paying them if only items can be purchased immediately

Modest proxy service

Good Japanese proxy service The service is modest so the speed to secure certain items from second-hand sites can be slow and sometimes other people buy items before 8mart can get them for me I also wish the website had a slightly easier way of viewing all of my orders and could filter out cancelled orders 8mart also does not take Paypal which is very frustrating But all in all the fees are all reasonable storage is modest but enough time and the shipping is safe and fast Proxy services have become very expensive but 8mart is accessible for most people I will continue to use the service

Great experience

This was my first time using 8mart and it was the best experience with a proxy service that i had in a while I changed proxy service because my old proxy didn t offer Mercari anymore and their service was going downhill i definitely do not regret changing to 8mart The site is easy to use and their service was very fast Only one downside is that they don t offer Paypal as payment method the reason why i m giving 4 stars maybe something that can change in the future

Since increasing their fees

Since increasing their fees from 300 to 500 their buying requests have been fulfilled much faster probably within an hour rather than 2 days I do wish 8mart offered Fed Ex as a form of shipping and allowed you to pick your shipping method after getting a price estimation for each carrier

The customer service team has quick

The customer service team has quick response to questions The packing and shipping were fast as well Japan Post doesn t deliver to north America recently DHL is the cheapest option which costs a lot and they charged clearance fee on top of it The overall shipping cost doesn t justify buying from Japan I would suggest to wait until Japan Post is back in service

Service is fast and good

Service is fast and good wish I discovered it earlier but not being able to choose the last international delivery option is a minus Sometimes EMS is cheaper than DHL and vice versa it is harder to find a balance when I just guess blindly and end up paying a lot more for no reason A good alternative to NK which can t be used for Mer JP anymore

Good option for Mercari Japan purchases

Since this is a third party buyer items can and do sell out before they can Especially depending on when you order I ve noticed That said this is common among these sorts of sites so I can t complain too much about it The site interface is very bare minimum and sometimes the search function for mercari doesn t work well it will say no items when there are items or doesn t refresh the item inventory It helps to translate your item into japanese or sometimes just search for it on another site or mercari japan directly All my items shipped safely and fairly inexpensively There was bubble wrap and cardboard to reinforce the photocards i bought and they used a box to ship which kept them secure They were also wrapped in additional plastic to help protect against water damage I ve used 8mart several times and will likely continue to use them

I appreciate the fast response

I appreciate the fast response I didn t give 5 stars because I found the order process is a bit hard to understand for fist time buyers It was not apparent that after we get the offer just request item by clicking the shopping cart I am very familiar with online shopping and been ordering online for over 15 years via Amazon etc
