It was my first time ever using a proxy I chose 8mart for the countless positive reviews and it was a very straightforward and pleasant experience shopping with them There was one problem I was very bummed about though I didn t receive 1 out of 3 items from my 2nd order but I figured it was probably due to the seller not adding that item to the package Either way despite this I will still use 8mart again They purchased my orders rather quickly and answered my questions in a timely manner

Just had another great experience with 8mart I love 8mart so much because of the low fees conversion and most of all the low international shipping My experience with other proxies has been less than ideal with the standard being outrageous shipping packing and consolidation fees One thing I think 8mart is very good at is proper packaging and consolidation everything is wrapped and packaged safely

A year in and still going strong

I started using 8mart about a year ago and have since placed over 250 orders some with multiple items and received 21 packages to date Package 22 is arriving this week and I am sure I won t be disappointed 8mart customer service is top tier Someone always responds quickly and they re ready to help me solve any issues or answer any questions or requests I may have All of my items are always wrapped and packed really well I order odd shaped things that aren t easy to package together sometimes I am a worrier by nature but as soon as the boxes arrive I can see how much care their staff puts into ensuring my items make it safe and sound They are always making improvements and try to accommodate customers requests My only wish is for the warehouse period to be a little longer but I understand their space restrictions keep that from being possible Other than that I have had a great time using them this past year and will continue working with them

While the service fee is a a tad bit more then other services This is the very best one for buying anything in Japan I tried it for my entire friend group and now we all use it They are very accommodating and help you out so much Extremely fast at buying your requested items I out in a request and it is almost instantly purchased Shipping time is fast and extremely secure Thank youuuuuuuu

I recently made the switch from one popular proxy site to this one because I d heard it was cheaper and wanted to try it It would depend on what shipping option you chose and where you live but I do like how all the costs are consolidated already as you re shopping There s no hidden fees they charge you exactly what they say they re going to every time and you can pack items together and get protective packaging included at no extra cost I actually won a small raffle with them a couple months ago and was told I would be sent a small prize with my next order I was really disappointed when it didn t come initially but when I contacted customer support they sent me extra stuff to apologize 3Nothing to improve on really This is a great proxy with reliable customer service and the only one I use now

Great service reasonably priced I didn t have any issues putting orders in and figuring everything out on the website was fairly easy Items were well packaged on their way to me and everything was shipped in a timely manner Since I didn t encounter any issues with my items I didn t have to deal with customer service so I can t speak to that My only real complaint would be that implementing a save item or wishlist feature would help save heaps of effort and time while browsing items and putting things into the cart I d also definitely love a lift on the 15 item limit- it s pretty restricting for someone looking to get the most out of international shipping especially since I tend to have interest in very small items that don t weigh much I ll definitely be using this service again A

I ve used 8Mart for the vast majority of my orders from Japan for months now and I ve consistently had the best service from them They are my proxy service of choice due to their fast responses carefully packaged shipping and reasonable fees Even after ordering an absurd number of items through them over the past year some of which were very expensive I ve never had a negative experience with them and they make it so easy to purchase things online I definitely recommend 8Mart for all your proxy needs
