Fast informative and best proxy out there

1 year later I ve ordered again and to my surprise they re still just as satisfactory and quick It was almost back and forth me confirming shipments and requesting and almost seconds later getting emails updating me that my products have been shipped out or a box has been created I was impressed and pleased with the care and updates put in and the speed It was about a 1 5 weeks tops Shipping costs and service fees aren t crazy at all in my opinion and I saved about 100 dollars extra importing from jp through 8mart rather than ordering from my own eBay Extremely happy again with 8mart Will not be changing proxys anytime soon o

Good experience and friendly customer service The only downside is that their purchase will take awhile so if you are rushing for things that might sell out fast choose other option edit Now their purchases are pretty fast

everything super except payment method

Service super However my credit card kept rejecting the payment 2 different banks I had to call my bank for special authorization for each payment UPDATE since 8mart promised to look after the issue I will trust them

Reliable as usual

This is my 4th time using 8mart jp as a proxy I like using them because they package items for shipment very well and this time was no different My item came safely packed with a layer of lightweight but thick bubble wrap protecting my item yet not increasing shipping fee by much Will always come back to 8mart when I want to buy stuff from Japan

I use 8mart s services mainly for Mercari JPN ordering Kpop photocards I have been using their services for a couple months now and I have now forwarded 6 boxes from them to me Every single time they are fast to order from Mercari fast to process packages into their system fast to give me shipping quotes and fast to ship out once I pay They know how to carefully package items to make sure they arrive safely with DHL they use the DHL box and a polymailer for even more protection I have reccomended them to so many of my friends and they love them as well I will continue using them for as long as I can thank you so much for being a great company

this is the second time i ve used 8mart to purchase items from mercari jpn and i m super satisfied with their service they are relatively quick with processing orders requests as well as scanning them in when the items arrive at their warehouse their website interface is fairly easy to navigate and my items arrived packaged super safely will definitely be using their service again in the future

This was my first time using this service and it went pretty smoothly I was having problems trying to connect my payment option and they were responsive and helpful in trying to solve my problem Items were ordered promptly and they arrived faster than other proxy services probably due to location Overall a very nice experience and would recommend

Overall very good

Overall very good I m happy with the prices of items but I do think shipping can be a little expensive For people who are kpop collectors this is a very good site but shipping for only photocards can be expensive and the amount packaging can be excessive the price could have easily been lowered if a smaller shipping box package was chosen Besides that I ve have no complaints and the customer service team is great and very nice
