Ordered 2 items only one box arrived Being a typical man I assumed both were in the one box and wrapped it Turned out one item was missing A few minutes on line with Tsepo and they arranged a replacement without any hassle Recommended and I ll make sure to check things better before wrapping next time

Excellent customer service I ordered a bangle but could no open it thought I was missing something I contacted Abbot Lyon helpline I sent them a video and they sent me a replacement as it must be faulty No issue at all very helpful and the bangle is lovely I will be ordering more from Abbot Lyon

Absolutly excellent 1st class customer service from Lethukuthula I ordered a bangle for my daughter unfortunatly it was faulty upon arrival I contacted the helpline via e mail have received amazing advice help from their customer team Their jewellery is very beautiful such good quality my daughter has other items from them too I recommend both the jewellery excellent customer service if needed

Best jewellery out there I have many different pieces including necklaces rings earrings bracelets everything and I absolutely love them The biggest thing for me is they don t tarnish at all The customer service and professionalism is amazing not to mention the site being easily accessible
