Total scam company We bought a canopy from them and after 3 uses an arm broke and the canvas stitching is coming apart We contacted customer service and they said we could purchase another one otherwise we should find someone to fix it Unbelievable

ABC Canopy is a Ripoff
Spent 267 45 on a 10x10 commercial canopy with an awning After less than 8 months the main arm on the awning which has a nylon string inside holding the 3 part foldable pole together broke I contacted the company and was told it s not covered under their warranty which really isn t a warranty After replying with my dismay I was offered the product for 50 international shipping I once again refused and was told they could offer it for 30 to which I refused as well Do yourself a favor and read the BBB file on this company and then file another complaint You can also contact the Federal Trade Commission as this foreign company is extorting and defrauding hard-working Americans

I am really happy that I bought this
I am really happy that I bought this canopy tent Not like other tent It s sturdy and worth it Just want to add one thing that they can improve is that the tent didn t have the tools for the leg to stick it in the ground They provided sand bag though Still it would be great to have some pin type thing for the leg But tent is really good Thank you Abccanopy
