What an incredible company I don t often give reviews mainly because I am always extremely busy But I had to make time and give this company a review This is an exceptional company to deal with Unbelievable communication Even on a Sunday They are certainly are on top of their game From answering every concern and question that I had to the spot on eye popping graphics they printed on the canopy I literally couldn t be more pleased The price was more than fair and an extremely high quality product Yes I will use Westshade again and again

The Team at Westshade really did a wonderful job 59 emails in 1 day and printed the next and shipped immediately so within a 4 day window I had my tent bag and table sloth delivered for our event and they hooked up with discounts and shipping options They are wonderful USE THEM

Trish and Max are EXCELLENT at customer service From my inquires to mock up to production and shipping They communicated exceptionally through the whole experience They even sent me pictures of MY canopy all put together prior to shipping I can t recommend this company enough I will gladly steer everybody I find looking for a canopy to this company I feel honored to be able to display such a gorgeous canopy at my vendor events because of Trish and Max s help 5 stars are not enough

Super Easy Process

This has been the easiest process I came into it with my own logo was able to send it through email I made a couple of tweaks to the layout and it was changed without question Would highly recommend using them and will remember them when the need for the next time
