By far the worst estate agent

By far the worst estate agent and customer service I have ever dealt with We deal with agents all the time on behalf of the elderly or people who have difficulty with the English language or other disadvantages Dealing with ABC Estates was a nightmare They are rude and inconsiderate and do not listen or care about your problems One particular staff member called Stephanie was extremely rude When asking to speak to the owner who I believe is a Richard Davidoff I was told in these exact words Mr Davidoff has no time to deal with these matters I was shocked that the owner of a business who I wanted to speak with and make a complaint about how I was already being treated by his staff was not at all interested in taking my call or in trying to help After doing some research online and finding out more about Richard Davidoff and ABC Estates I am not surprised Stay away from this company They are the worst

Could not agree more Alison They are useless and extremely rude Richard Davidoff and his staff especially a member called Stephanie are horrid These people need to be put behind bars

A very bad and rude estate agent

A very bad and rude estate agent Not friendly very aggressive and unhelpful I wanted to ask a few questions about how they operate and what services they provide for property management They were very impatient and would not answer the questions I asked Seems as though they had something to hide with very simple questions I had to ask After doing some research online I found out why ABC Estates have a bad history of poor service and being rude In fact I also found out that their Director Richard Davidoff was expelled as a management agent not long ago Just as well that I did not end up using this company They are not worth your time or effort and definitely not worth giving them your money Stay away from ABC Estates

Highly Incompetent Can t even get the basics right

I made the mistake of using ABC Estates to rent out my flat big mistake They were supposed to manage the flat but didn t do anything unless pushed Flat inspections were never carried out unless I sent them an email reminder and even when they did the inspection they didn t provide an accurate assessment Only thing they seemed really good at was taking their cut from the monthly rent Failed to remind me about EPC RCD Fusebox due to changes in legislation basically anything a landlord should keep a track off they didn t do it I always found these things out from friends and other landlords so was pointless to have paid them for the lettings service When I finally needed to get my property back Hannah and her team didn t lift a finger to help me so much for the rent guarantee and tenancy eviction service that I had paid for Get a lettings agent that knows what they are doing it s better for both the landlord and the tenant

Horrible company and horrible people

Horrible company and horrible people they are rude and arrogant and very aggressive towards customers My wife and I have never experienced such bad service and all we wanted was to rent a property we saw advertised We asked several questions and ABC Estates would not answer the questions When we asked if the plumbing and electricity was working properly they answered with Why are you asking stupid questions Either you want to rent the property or not but don t waste our time with stupid questions - This is not the response a customer should receive from any company When doing some further online research and talking to other agents in the area they all said that ABC Estates especially the owner Richard Davidoff and his wife are horrible and nasty people Stay away from this company They are not worth your time of day or sanity

Rude and a waste of time

My wife and I were warned not to use ABC Estates but we gave them the benefit of the doubt Sadly we were proven wrong as their attitude towards customers is extremely bad Their staff are unhelpful and aggressive in their tone and you can sense that they do not care about helping you After doing some online research I found dozens of recent articles and links about the company and the owner David Davidoff who was fined and actually expelled from ARMA as an estate agent It seems that they have a history of problems and have made enemies with many people Shame we did not listen to the advice not to use them as it was a complete waste of time Stay away from ABC Estates They are no good and a waste of time

Appalling Company DO NOT USE

Appalling service DO NOT USEAppalling service and no way near an acceptable service This company has allowed tenants to remain in the property for over 12 months without paying rent They have done nothing about seeking a possession order and have just allowed the tenants to live there unchallenged ABC Lettings and Bradley the member of staff who claims to be dealing with this I have asked on numerous occasions for weeks to see copies of the paperwork that they have commenced court proceedings as they have assured me this has been started They do not respond to emails or phone calls I sometimes ring daily and no response to my phone calls I have turned up at their offices and seen another senior manager who also assured me that someone will get back to me but no one never does Sadly I am now possibly going to end up losing my flat as a result of poor management poor communication and the non-collection of rent There are professional Letting Agents around and these behave like cowboys

We ve received a very poor service from ABC in our block of flats and had to go to the FTT to remove them as managers Likewise we ve had to go to the FTT to dispute the service charges which were incredibly high and would increase year by year without limit
