Efficient friendly conscientious professional Would recommend this company for GOOD property management They work well with the Directors of the estate the residents and owners and also the on-site staff achieving a great team They are the answer to our long term management difficulties and a delight to work with Our estate has 140 properties in London SE9 so is not a walk in the park - or it used not to be Now it is run smoothly and we all appreciate how lucky we are to have this property management company looking after us

Archery Estates - excellent
Archery Estates have been so professional with regard to running our estate I have never seen our gardens looking so good Sam is always prompt in his response and helpfulness when contacted I always see him around the estate checking that jobs have been done and overseeing them Jobs always get done there seems little waiting time He is always pleasant and is happy to help with questions that anyone has

Organised efficient and communicative
Since moving to Tarnwood in November I cannot get over how organised Sam is And just recently he spotted that I was due a discount on my service charge Not only did he spot it but he contacted the accountants and arranged a new invoice all within a day Thank you Sam
