Do not use Scam company

I began dealing with the Copart broker A Better Bid ABB in April 2023 I made several calls on a recorded line and sent emails to the broker regarding specifics on purchasing and purchasing specific lot numbers I asked questions regarding the ownership documents I need for the state in which the vehicle would be titled I was told multiple times that these three documents would be provided BOS Certificate Appraisal and I would be able to receive these legal documents that I would need in order to purchase In my state these three are all required by law Additionally ABB approved my user account which stated the state and purpose of the account There are multiple attempts where ABB could have declined blocked purchases raised concerns etc however none were made and I made several confirmations After the lot was won I asked for the confirmation of the ownership documents I understand the Bill of Sale BOS is provided after payment and the Certificate would be many weeks after payment that s fine However the Appraisal Document is immediate and can even be received before the sale in some cases As you can tell I have experience in these dealings and never had any issues when purchasing direct without a broker involved These three documents were confirmed to have existed and the insurance document legally has to be created for all salvage vehicles to change the title to salvage to begin with and I was informed multiple times I would be able to get the BOS and Appraisal immediately and the certificate later on I emailed later the same day the lot was won and asked for two of the documents to be forwarded for my review ABB said they do not have them and after many attempts they still have been unable to provide these documents This is the broker s job To broker the deal which they have failed ABB has made some sly attempts to try and get me to give them the payment and hold the vehicle so they could try and charge me extra fees on top of the purchase even I saw through this and declined Upon reviewing the BOS they have additional extra charges outside of what is stated such as a gate fee not picking up so does not apply a mailing fee I don t see this listed in the fees list and a bidder fee which is already included in the Copart Buyer fee but they are attempting to sneak it in there twice After noticing this breach of trust mis-use of financial information repeated failures and lack of communication I promptly requested the purchase be cancelled as I won t be legally allowed to own this vehicle without the ownership documents nor would I want to continue to deal with a company that has these many issues and a F rating on the Better Business Bureau We are going on day three now since I informed ABB of my cancellation of the purchase and contract obligations ABB is still not cancelling the purchase and continues to try and avoid responsibilities They are operating under illegal business practices ABB has also made an attempt to charge 15 2 475 and now they are deciding to change that to 20 3 300 of the final bid amount 16 500 Copart s cancellation fee is 10 which is 1 650 for this lot Both prices are of course are high however there is no sound business or ethical reason as to why the cancellation charge would be any different then what Copart has listed in the TOS Doesn t matter if you re a Broker or not this is simply unethical business practice to try and double the cancellation charge as well as change it on the spot Copart needs to intervene Additionally I should not be responsible for any cancellation fees as it s not the customers job to procure the ownership documents As I mentioned before ABB stated on record they would have these documents for me by the deadline which I required and they did not and still do not have them After spending several weeks since the start of my interactions it s extremely apparent how inconsistent the emails are I have plenty of examples where one day ABB will tell me one thing and the next day it s completely different One day they say you can cancel a purchase the next day you cannot One day something costs this much next day it s completely different ABB has made countless business errors that could end up costing customers thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars ABB should not be allowed to remain as a broker and legal action will have to be taken if the deposit amount that ABB is holding hostage is not returned

Sad that there is no 0 star good for them Look at 5 star reviews they all have 2 upper letters in the words ex YOu CAr so what does this mean in real they are what what 1 star reviews tell So if they respond to My review means nothing becuase scammers need to be good persons before they will take Your money Today I I have received Bil of Sale and Invoice which is without any stamp on it My case not for a 15USD You stole My original cars Title original Bil of Sale from Copart and after a long time I ve requested those You said pay 15 USD and I paid I also said that I can give You a forward address in USA so You will not pay money to FeDEX after and after You said we can give You Our invoice and bil of sale with stamp on it but Ive received those without stamp on them they are peace of papers black and white which can make anyone who have A4 printer so customs will not accept those Before the payment there agents told Me via call and via chat that I will receive everything and it will be on stamp and actual car price again I can proof My words I have emails from chat Who is the owner now I of course Yes so why You have My documents with You You are the only broker who took fee so You need to give original to Me like IAAI or other doing You stole My documents because I paid and I bought the car also I won the auction so You need to gave those documents otherwise You will receive tone of 1 star reviews on Google You have fake 5 star reviews if someone have brain they can understand that all the 5 star reviews have inside the words two big letters example YOu or CAr so this another proof that You are fake I won auction for 1000USD and You ve lied and I ve received fake invoice which shows 3133USD plus everything so I will pay 2500USD customs fee instead 1000USD-38 380USD in end I could buy same car in best condition from Georgia without waiting or from Russia You lied many times in end after even payment 15USD Ive received peace of paper without any stamp So If My words LIE proof with documents or chats that I said or You said something different Shame on You Why I need to contacte to You every day I ve never had any issue like this I bought 4 times from Japan paid via bank upload on emails and END I ve received original documents I ve received car in same condition like on pictures I did not paid any additional fee out from deal even now You agent in Poti told that I need to pay 125USD instead 80 LARI 28USD for all for everyone so You unprofessional corrupt company who want how want doing And You have company inside the USA Freedom mean this 2 months I am explaining You to give the original documents You said NO I said ok My human nervou can not fight with You so I Ive reqiested to get a duplicate invoice and bil of sale which must show 1000USD and with stamp so customs will take those You said Yes pay 15 USD I paid w ot any problem but in on END nope If I could be in USA near Miami beach eh

A Better Bid refund is very slow I have submitted the refund request but I didn t get the refund after 10 days

Do not do business with this company Linda the Manager will just tell you to follow up with her team members to get your title She takes no ownership I paid for a service but after they have your money it s on you to follow up and find out why your title paperwork has not arrived WHY PAY A COMPANY TO DO PAPERWORK AND HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOW UP YOURSELF When i asked Linda to follow up her response was NO she does not care what kind of customer service is that Decide with your money by not doing business with a company that does not care about you and your property

This whole site is a SCAM Don t believe the customer service when you call them Do not I repeat do not put a 400 deposit down These are scammers from another country they are scamming This morning I put down a 400 deposit to bid on a vehicle there was no chance for me to win the bid I was bidding against a computer soon as I was done bidding they started calling my phone and emailing me saying that my deposit is no longer refundable and that I owe them 5000 for a vehicle that I cannot go get it does not run and I have to get it towed to my house for an additional fee of 190 call me if u want and I will send you screen shots of EVERYTHING 7026881933 I am currently trying to dispute this with my bank

When using them to have your car towed to your location they pick the farthest yard away and bill you from there So make sure that you know where the car is located they billed me from a yard 73 mile farther away charging me 219 to much and will not except being wrong

I bought into the fact that there are Russian managers and it will be easier to communicate because English is not very good As a result after transferring money for the lot to them they do not give the title for 2 months They sent a copy of the title They say that fedEx has lost the original and recommend that I file a complaint with fedEx My demands are ignored referring to the fact that I can restore the title in New York dmv from a copy myself Real scammers Do not mess with them

Fine print thugs you win a bid get hit with high fees and are expected to pay up in less than a week regardless if banks are open or not No flexibility regardless if they already know a wire transfer is already on its way over to them They steal money from you if you don t meet their deadline The quality of customer service attentiveness is poor I will probrobly be suing them and do not recommend these guys to anyone
