Scam site they can not be trusted
I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes because they promised me 20 ekstra on certain item When I was done and about to buy they first wanted me to add the 20 to each product so I had to remove and add every item again When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again there was some message about their the coupons 20 was put on hold So I called them to ask what the deal was and a polite customer service guy said he did not understand it either He said I could try again after the 5 days when the coupons was not put on hold but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5 days i slim to none Stay away from this site you will pay more then you were promised

Terrible service and missing items
Terrible service and missing itemsI ordered from About You but some items were missing from my package When I reached out to customer service they claimed everything had been delivered according to DHL which is simply not true They refuse to take responsibility leaving me with an incomplete order and no resolution This is unacceptable and I feel completely scammed Avoid this company unless you want to risk losing your money and dealing with awful customer support

Deras leverans tar exakt samma tid som det tar att skicka fr n Kina Det stod p webbplatsen att varan skulle vara h r inom 1-3 arbetsdagar Med tanke p denna tidsram tror man att varan r i Sverige Jag best llde och sedan dess har jag inte f tt n gra uppdateringar om leveransen F rsta g ngen jag ringde till kundtj nst visade det sig att varan kommer fr n Tyskland och skulle levereras inom n gra dagar Gissa vad Ja de lj g och ingenting kom Jag ringde andra g ngen efter tre dagar och nu s ger de att det inte kan levereras inom n gra dagar och att det tar l ngre tid n s Totalt tar leveransen cirka tv veckor Som vi alla vet tar det inte tv veckor att leverera fr n Tyskland Jag r s ker p att det skickas fr n Kina S t nk p det Theirs shipment takes exactly same amount of time as it takes to ship from China It was written on the website that the item should be in 1-3 working days Seeing this deadlines the one thinks that the item is located in the Sweden I ordered and since then no updates about the shipment First time I called to customer support it appeared that the item comes from Germany and would be delivered in couple of days Guess what Yes they lied and nothing came I called second time after three days and now they say that it cannot be delivered in couple of days and it takes more than that time Totally shipping time takes about two weeks As we all know the shipment from Germany doesn t take two weeks I am sure that ship from China So take mental note of that
