I have had the pleasure of working with Simon and his agency for a few months now and I must say that it is one of the few agencies that really cares about the comfort of its tenants If any repairs are needed agency staff respond immediately and ask for good quality materials The tenants I spoke to also praise the contact with the agency and their care I recommend it very much

Acom helped me touch up my property before letting it They had a builder ready and waiting They also advised me on the latest landlord requirements and certificates You can tell that they are very experienced and will definitely be using them again

Been renting from them for about 8 months The property was in great condition and whenever there have been questions I ve had a response on the same day Any issues raised and there have been very few have been sorted almost immediately Very accommodating to making you feel at home from day one and happy to be here

Can not fault Fantastic landlord

Can not fault Simon at all as a landlord very quick to respond to any queries or issues quickly gets them resolved If Simon is ever unavailable there is always someone else available to help

Excellent Company to work with

ACOM have managed my properties in Manchester for a few years now and I can t fault them in the slightest They offer a professional service and remediate any issues quickly The feedback about ACOM from my tenants is also excellent I would highly recommend them Simon is very professional and is a great guy to work with His knowledge of the property market has helped my immensely He offers great advice and is always happy to help with any problems

Probably the best

As it has now become the norm to shop online for almost everything I thought it was time to consider an online estate agent I approached this task with an element of trepidation but was put at ease soon after I had spoken with Simon He was proffessional and understanding to my requirements He explained his process whithout being to over zelos and eager for a sale This approached appealed to my sensibilities and I was happy to instruct him He has since rented my property with good tenants I m not happy I m very Happy I would hIghly recommend Acom and suggest you consider them too 10 10

I ve been renting with ACOM for around 15 months I can t praise Simon and his team enough Quickest rental process I have ever navigated through Property is to a fantastic spec and nothing has been too much trouble Very supportive and stable landlords Can t recommend enough
