Helpful friendly and knowledgeable

I met with Terry in Hong Kong I asked him for advice in searching for a rental apartment around the suburbs of London He provided good insight into the different districts around London and shared some of his experience with me The property market in London appears to be very heated currently so as a tenant it was a difficult task to search for the right place Terry helped to analyze my needs and narrow down my focus It was very helpful for my upcoming move to London

I used ACOM Property to find a tenant for a buy to let property I have used other agents in the past however ACOM provided a service others could not I found Simon and his team to be professional experienced logical and practical After a bad experience with previous tenants i now have brilliant tenants who look after the house well and pay on time I will be using ACOM again

A Professional and Detail Oriented Agency

A few months ago I moved over to Acom and I can only say good things The process of transferring over was very difficult with my old letting agent being incredibly unprofessional and slow But it was definitely worth the wait The attention to detail and organisation has been brilliant with Acom I wish I knew of them earlier would have saved me so much time and effort I wholly recommend Acom in every department There should really be nowhere else anyone goes to for letting their property

Great hands on Management

Can t recommend ACOM highly enough

Simon and Terry have been amazing in helping source a tenant tie up snags before tenant moved in as well as providing advice and guidance every step of the way The sign up process with them is simple and speedy with access to everything I need at any time through their ACOM Landlord Portal They have really gone above and beyond and already excited to get another property managed with them

Acom Property is the best Lettings service I ve ever had An extremely personal experience a business who care for you listen to your needs closely Every staff member I have spoken to is polite and has a genuine interest in the wellness of you and your tenants Their knowledge of the Lettings world is spot on can t thank them enough for their help with day to day management regular communication

It s been a pleasant journey with ACOM when I was at my wits end Simon and his team helped get me settled Any issue I had during my tenancy was promptly attended to though I had to break my tenancy due to work related issues though he wasn t pleased about it but he was professional and everything was resolved amicable I am giving ACOM a 5 star because they deserve it Well done Simon and the team
