I had a bad start to my day when I punched in the wrong code twice had the alarm go off and in that panic I locked my car keys and office keys in the office ADT responded promptly The security guy sorry didn t get his name actually fetched a set of keys from a colleague and I was all sorted within a matter of half an hour Thank you ADT PMB

I am a recurring customer and I love my alarm system Now even more with all the new upgrades and add-ins to help you feel safe and secure at all times Plus my technician Wilson Lewis was awesome He explained my new system so I can understand and made sure I understood how to operate it Kudos to Wilson Lewis

I had some concerns regarding ADT service I will admit that when I reached out via email I received a call the following morning from someone at the Presidential office I was so impressed with the manner in which it was rectified Keep up the good work Thank you for caring about your customers safety concerns

My review is solely about one Customer Service Advisor whose service over a diabolical time has been exemplary Nathan Valente 1108 was brilliant I do hope that ADT recognize his ability I now hope ADT will full also pull a rabbit out of the hat and get their act together
