I receive a washing machine and the delivery guys were great excisional knowledgeable great customer service they cleaned after them selves Polite considered in all I give them both 20 stars across the board

MAJOR ISSUE NO FAULT OF HOME DEPOT WAS EASILY AND QUICKLY RESOLVED

I just had an issue where my major online order did not go through because my Bank s credit card fraud department flagged the order as potential fraud I made the order just minutes before the special price would expire The change in price was so significant I could not afford to reorder the item I thought all was lost that Home Depot would not honor or have a way to honor my purchase attempt made prior to the special price expiration I called HD customer support after my bank removed the potential fraud hold on my credit card I was extremely surprised and grateful as the customer service agent told me that the order was still open and they were waiting for payment authorization No hassle no proving I placed the order on time I was just told they could re-submit my payment to my credit card and all would be good at the special price Did not have to jump through hoops beg etc as their system allows for issues just like this Now that is customer service and protection The payment went through in seconds and my major order is being processed for shipment Kudos
