Absolutely great support staff
We started with Adobe by using Lightroom for editing photos for our online store It saves us so much time over the other editor we used and the quality of the images is better too We edit between 150 and 300 images per month and it had become a complete chore What I love about Adobe products is not just the quality of the image output but the way they ve worked out how users will actually use their products so it s intuitive and quick I ve just downloaded Adobe Rush for video editing I looked at free options but given the quality of Lightroom and how cheap Rush is have opted for another Adobe product

Absolutely great support staff Was understanding of my issue and helped Thank you Adobe customer service I don t think many people who have had a good great experience come to review or give feedback but that was absolutely great Thanks again

Refund forgot to cancel free trial
I used to hate Adobe as their Software was low quality at a very high price but since they introduced the Creative Cloud and the monthly payments my mind has been changed You can get all the different programmes at one monthly costs that is minimal in comparison to the potential earnings

I love Lightroom and Photoshop
I used the free trial and got charged 26 when I didn t cancel in time I went back and canceled about 5 days later and got a refund for it which I think is so awesome cuz most subscription plans don t do that 10 10 would trust them again

I ve only got positive things to say about Adobe the way they ve dealt with Covid 19
I love Adobe CC and having the lastest updates for Lightroom and Photoshop I have had no problems with my subscriptions Customer service successfully helped me with a problem I had earlier this year There are so many tutorials available online that there is no limit to what one can do with these products

Really excellent technical support from
I am surprised to see so many negative reviews I ve only got positive things to say about Adobe Customer services from my experience During this period with Covid-19 a lot of the freelance design industry are struggling with finances and after contacting adobe through their online chat I got through with in minutes and they were very understanding polite and offered a few months payment break whilst keeping my subscription I know a many people who have had this similar positive experience with Adobe it has been a real life saver Thank you so much

Getting Help to Cancel Plan
Really excellent technical support from Adobe as a Creative Cloud member The agent I spoke to Chandan Singh resolved an issue I was having with installation of Adobe Connect in seconds and was very polite and courteous I m not often compelled to leave good feedback and it is often the case that individuals are more likely to leave negative feedback but I experienced brilliant customer service in this instance and I believe the agent concerned needs acknowledgment Thank you again Adobe

I was getting help because I was trying to cancel my plan for Photoshop when I could not find any way to do so I went to the online chat for support and they were nice and helped me cancel it when I told them what my problem was and why I was canceling It took only about 5 minutes maybe less So thank you

Tried Adobe Reader but it didn t have a feature I wanted Deleted it from PC but I forgot to cancel the trial Cancelled after a payment was taken and without having to contact sales or customer support the refund would be automatically sent A this is how accidental payment cancellations should be done
