Well done both

I shop around for car insurance and like to get very keen prices and taking into account other customer comments relating to service etc Aegeas provides a highly competitive quote including valuable extras that help such as windscreen cover I needed a new screen and the process working with Autoglass was quick and painless Well done both

It s an Aging process waiting for call to be answered

It s regarding the claims settlement team Every time I ve tried to call their dedicated number I m have to wait wait and wait 30mins 45mins and Longer I m aging faster thx to Ageas Not good response I m v sorry to say I was informed it s current staff shortages unfortunately But when they finally answered they were brilliant at sorting out everything to finalise the claim

Easy company to deal with everything on line no claims made but renewal premium went up over 250 so had to leave and take cheaper option for same cover

Easy to renew but felt let down by the rise in price and the big excess seems to be a trait with all motor insurers when it comes to old people

My buying experience for home insurance was somewhat easy but online payment did not work The customer service agents via the phone were however very friendly and helpful and made the buying experience easy I have only just purchases the product but I am happy with the competitive price and level of cover provided I would recommend based on current experience

Super easy to renew online The problem comes if you want to speak to an actual human you have little to zero chance of getting through The online chat is on a permanent loop of never working

All completed on line which was easy enough However l wanted to speak to a person before continuing my policy with the company For that reason I have score a 4 start for my review

Took 4 phone calls to renew lapsed

Took 4 phone calls to renew lapsed insurance Staff put phone down and got cut off a second time Third call a nice man tried to transfer me to correct number but couldn t so he got someone to ring me back Each call was a considerable wait 15 to 20 minutes The girl who rang me back was great The gentleman before him was great too The first caller was disgraceful
