Placed order on 16 6 no email to advise it was despatched Received four notifications from their delivery company DX on the 22nd 23rd 24th and 25th stating the order was being delivered but it never arrived Finally DX texted on the 25th to say they weren t coming Emailed Agrigem to advise them to take the order back and received a photo back from them with proof of delivery miraculously the order dumped in the rain on someone else s doorstep within an hour of their text to me saying they wouldn t be delivering DX then advised Agrigem they had attempted delivery to me twice Despite having never been and texts to say they weren t coming Agrigem have advised me this is my fault without actually asking me if delivery had indeed been attempted Beyond poor from start to finish order collected by DX I m assuming from the where they dumped it and customer service at Agrigem state I ll pay a fee to them for restocking They re welcome to the fee as it s worth it to end the whole saga

You cant get rid of their constant emails advertising their products

I sent an email requesting pricing over a week ago and nobody has come back tome I noticed they were stocking Westlands products and thought id get a range of the items in for when the weather improves but the lack of urgency to come back to me has resulted in me going to their comnpetitor to get pricing and product which was quoted and delivered within 4 days Must Improve

I used agrigem recomended by a farmer friend of mine I ve got to say two members of staff where decent but in all honesty this wasn t a good experience I placed the order and received the confirmation that was your lot I was left in the hands of DX delivery and I ve got to say they are pretty useless at best I ve reviewed them also I waited two days past the delivery window as DX kept saying they can t deliver today on the 3rd day I d had enough and was travelling for work to Scotland the product was for work so travelled empty handed I ordered well before time product wasn t cheap delivery wasn t cheap either had to call 3 times to see what was happening as you cannot contact DX by phone the whole experience was negative other than contact with the two girls on the phone UPDATE 17 12 2021 reply from agrigem worst excuse response ever don t use the season or the driver shortage excuses for the driver not getting out his cab to open a gate that was clearly unlocked I mean your staff looked at the image on there side and said it was open clearly the two days after they still didn t deliver seems I m not the first to complain about agrigem choice of currier if that was my company I d of said don t worry what s the address in Scotland I ll get another on a expedited delivery straight away for you so you can get your job sorted and with any luck it will arrive before you oh for the mess around here s a 10 discount but eh some companies are better than others now that s feedback UPDATE 24 12 21 agrigem processed a refund by an ECHEQUE which anyone who is familiar with PayPal knows it s the slowest type of refund I suspect it s a delay tactic who knows still no money I strongly would think twice before buying on this or any other retailer online and if you do use a credit card that way they share the burden to get the money back perfect when companies take the P ENDS WITH ISS like this over a week still no money

Damaged delivery and not made on agreed date Seed unloaded direct to the ground not on pallet bags riped now wet in the rain

Took day off to receive item paid for on the 9th April 12th April no card left and apparently delivery was attempted Rescheduled delivery and took another day off on the 14th April for delivery and guess what followed tracking to through the day and then nothing no tracking and yet again nothing Never again Agrigem wasted 2 days and received nothing Rang Agrigem was told would receive a call and nothing terrible service from start to finish never again And now still waiting for refund 2 weeks later After speaking to accounts dept and the customer service on seperate occasions cannot believe the courier company turned up refused delivery rang customer service again can only hope for a refund one day Appalling company delivery service And again 3 days later had to ring Agrigem again another email saying going to try delivery again after cancelling 3 times now

UPDATE The company ignores criticism AWFUL customer service takes no account of customer disability Ordered 8 bags of lawn sand No delivery email as stated on its website Lorry with product turned up with goods on a pallet Nowhere to leave pallet nowhere to dispose of pallet Order was for 8 bags - not expecting delivery on a huge wooden pallet Delivery man was kind enough to remove the bags I am medially unable to lift anything heavy - discriminatory behaviour by Agrigem who never informed me it would be a pallet delivery If I had been told it was to be a pallet delivery I would have shopped elsewhere Arrogance of Agrigem to assume customers want goods delivered on a pallet without at least informing them of this delivery method This comes on top of previous order which was lost by its previous courier DPD On that occasion Agrigem wanted me to re-buy the goods until they traced the non-delivered goods so that a refund would be issued Oh what a sharp practice Dire customer services

Agrigem sold me 500g of dipel df cost me 67 60 with delivery When I received it it was already two years old According to the manufacturer printed label made 08 2020 Agrigem commercial manager seemed to think this was fine though as the manufacturer says it has a three year shelf life not for me it don t I get the one year then It s been sat around since 08 2020 Not impressed first impressions count this was mine Before giving negative reviews I always give a company chance to put it right On this occasion they failed to so here s my honest review

Agrigem make illegal charges on returnsRecently bought a knapsack sprayer which turned out to be rather cheap and nasty Straps weren t fitted as per the instructions and it just wasn t something you d buy if you saw it in a shop In my opinion it wasn t fit for purpose and I was disadvantaged buying online compared to someone walking into a shop When asking about returns Agrigem make an illegal restocking charge on all returns I would have ended up with an 11 05 refund on a 24 item When I pointed out the illegal charges Agrigem just said those are our terms and conditions and linked to a section of their website All that does is show they are breaking UK distance selling regulations in black and white You can t charge someone because they opened the box UK law specifically states that but Agrigem apparently work to a different set of rules and do charge for opening the box My total order was over 150Ultimately I ve put the sprayer down to experience hopefully you guys can learn from my 24 mistake It s not going to stop me eating but you get the true measure of a company when something goes wrong so be warned

I have not received my order yet Order placed on 13th February
