Delivery was delayed due to shortage of stock They now only deliver to the road side and would not go down my driveway One of the bags had been cut with a knife after loading

A good product but a very poor delivery service from DX who have now changed the delivery date four times Am still waiting for the fertilizer

Whilst the product - albeit very very expensive - does seem to do the job Sapphire the service and delivery was appalling DX is the worst delivery company to use - look at their reviews on Trust Pilot Had 3 separate time slots and days from DX before it was delivered and no communication to say why Do not buy from a seller who uses DX as a delivery company

I did not get an order confirmation I did not get a reply to my email requesting the discount that I could have got

Paid extra for delivery and received one parcel the second later waste of money Won t be using you again

I have used Agrigem three times and this would have been a five star review as they gave me good advice and good products on the first two orders but the delivery of the third by DX has been a shambles I have wasted 2 days waiting at home and still no delivery I ordered several items on a Thursday One single item a 25kg bag of fertiliser weedkiller came on the Saturday with a hole in the bag and leaking product The rest of the order was meant to come on Tuesday but DX texted BEFORE MY DELIVERY SLOT that they couldn t find me DX were then meant to come on Wednesday but they did not show and didn t bother to send an update I have no idea when to expect the order I m sorry Agrigem but I can t recommend you whilst you re using a hopeless courier company You re responsible for the courier you choose and you charge a fortune for delivery
