Product quality very poor

I ve been a customer of Agrigem for 10 years and have to say the quality of products have deteriorated over the last 2 years Recently purchased 9-7-7 lawn fertiliser and the packaging has reduced to 20kg from 25kg The quality of product is now poor 1kg of dust in a 20kg bag granular size inconsistent between 15mm and 2mm which clogs automatic spreaders and wastes product They need to improve their quality control

Messed up the delivery

Over the years have always received a reliable service Having a wide range of agricultural chemicals and a knowledgeable staff they are an easy and good one stop shop Regret to say all of the good news is brought flat by the eye wateringly high delivery charges even though standard courier companies are used I suspect the occasional attractive product price deals are somewhat subsidised by delivery and that annoys me Having found other supplier slightly cheaper purchase with free delivery -- Agrigem is no longer my first choice when searching for goods

Delivered to wrong address

Delivered to wrong address Service from supplier was very good but let down by courier who delivered to a completely random address even though parcel was correctly addressed It was delivered to an address in the same village and left as there was no one at home even though I was informed by email that they wouldn t leave it in a safe place Luckily the person it was delivered to recognised my name and contacted me to collect

The order was delivered quickly but 2 of the 4 bags had been split I presume this happened with the delivery company and one was taped up and the other had been emptied into a new bag by the delivery company It was impossible for me to tell how much had been lost

I purchased two 20 kg bags of lawn feed and I was surprised that the bags arrived with only a delivery label and no other packaging unfortunately one bag had been punctured during delivery and had lost a couple of kg of the treatment

Delivery incompatibly

I was offered an option to have delivery made inside my porch if I was out However the parcel required a signature from me on delivery the two are incompatible and if I had been out as I was earlier the day the delivery would have failed Please get your logistics sorted out and only offer one OR other option And let me choose delivery time slot if signature is required
