They re ok when you want a quote but beware if you sell your vehicle Most companies give you a partial refund this one does not Also not easy to contact slow to respond My advice would be to pay more for your motorhome insurance and choose a company that doesn t rip you off Caveat emptor if you use AIB read every word of the small print and do not assume that you can get any kind of refund even with no claims full payment up front and 5 months left on policy Daylight robbery in my opinion

I ve been contacted by AIB insurance three times in 2 hours this morning They were passed sold my details by a third party price comparison website who I requested only contacted me by email NOT phone I work during the day so awkward to take phone calls - this I explained to the first caller and requested they call another time not 45 minutes later To this caller I reaffirmed I was working and best they crossed me off the list as couldn t take calls and didn t want calling again 45 minutes later I get the third call Unbelievable - if they can t get the admin correct at this stage what hope is there managing a policy or indeed a claim Please never call me again AIB - I will be very rude to you next time

Fuming Received an email at 8 54am yesterday re renewal being due and of don t hear from me by renewal date will just continue with the renewal 9 July At 8 56am just 2 mins later I receive a thank you for renewing with us email I hadn t even had chance to open the first email then received an email from close brothers with a credit agreement I haven t agreed to Which is fraud And won t be agreeing to as I ve secured insurance elsewhere for half the price of my renewal Now awaiting for contact from them and confirmation they re cancelling the credit agreement I will be contacting close brothers as well as they ve been given fraudulent info

Absolutely atrocious service Iv been with this company for 3 years and as per usual i was awaiting my renewal quote to come through I phoned them only to be told we ll go away crunch the numbers and get back to you That call never came and so i phoned again a couple of days later same thing again we re still crunching numbers At this point we were 4 days before the renewal was up and they told me the same once again the same the day before renewal This company have left me high dry with no insurance failing to bother to tell me that their lender may not now be accepting commercial vehicles they told me this THE DAY before No apology nothing except being told to go on go compare which doesnt work for my type of commercial vehicle Absolutely unbelievable Terrible customer service Definitely DO NOT recommend I wish id read their reviews before going with this company as it seems they have alot of unhappy X customers Fancy treating current clients that way

I ve been with AIB 4 years with no changes to my circumstances or postcode On annual renewal my policy was quoted as 1700 almost 1300 higher than my previous policy of 414 Despite asking them to research the market they failed to provide a competitive quote A quick search online and I found considerably cheaper options so took my business elsewhere Evidence of another broker just on the take Avoid

Forced me to cancel my policy due to a claim with previous insurers that was closed after 1 day therefore no claim was made Forced me to cancel due to not informing them about this Got insurance elsewhere and they didn t bat an eye lid Very strange company

I insured my vintage Volkswagen camper with this company and had planned to continue with them when my policy was up for renewal this week I did however feel totally overwhelmed by the amount of calls text emails and messages I received during the weeks coming up to the date I barely had breathing space to call back when it was suitable for me I always appreciate some contact even though I generally remember when my vehicles are up for renewal and understand this is a business but it was so relentless from early morning till later with a variety of different people that it completely put me off I don t appreciate these hard sell tactics and have insured my camper elsewhere

Hello I have taken out a insurance policy for my new moter home Have phoned six times now and all ways given a different answer And have not revived my policy yet

They called me after I made an enquiry online for imported car insurance Lady was great on the phone went through all of the questions finally she said she needed to call me back with a quote 5 minuets later she called back i was interested and asked her to email me the details waiting waiting called them they said will call me back never did new guy for them called me the next day like I never had the first conversation I told him i wanted to go ahead with the insurance he needed to call me back 5 minuets later He never did So impossible to give them money to start a policy so i can imagine how impossible it would be to get any money out of them if you needed to claim Finally spoke to the manager and he fixed me up with a much better policy and under righter NOT MARKERSTRUDY Hopefully I will not need to make a claim lets see

Motor insurance advisor was accurate concise and sought a good deal and did not waste time Would recommend
