I am not a fan of insurance companies over the years I have learned that using a good broker exercising due diligence is key in setting the policy up correct I struck gold in finding Jenna at AIB Jenna listened and managed my expectations all which come to fruition when I had a non fault claim on the first of November 2024 Jenna built in a Like for like vehicle to my policy a great benefit The insurer arranged for a driver from a local garage to collect my car for repair I refused this and pointed out Jenna had allowed in my policy that I had a choice of repair garage Another life saver as the car would be repaired at Jack Barclay where it came from as new And I add the car was professionally taken away on a curtain sided lorry If all this was not good news enough the claim handler wrote to me after the claim was logged and the courtesy car was supplied asking why I had not declared a speeding endorsement exactly why I do not like insurance companies I was stationary in this non fault accident premium paid now the wriggling started This was nipped in the bud as despite my oversight Jenna had declared my endorsement from 2020 for me What a treasure If you need a broker speak to Jenna at AIB first class refreshing
