We are very happy with the quality of the install and the units work well The guys that attended over the three days did a great job and were very professional throughout

My A C unit was due to have a service I wasn t at the property and the engineers were due later than they arrived I wasn t far away and the engineers said they would wait for me I had a hire vehicle that just would not start I called the engineers they kindly offered to collect my keys and go and do the service They were prepared to bring the keys back to me also but eventually the vehicle started so I was able to get my keys back straight away That was outstanding customer service that the engineers did not have to provide I know I chose the right company for my A C needs with outstanding customer service provided like this The staff members in the office are friendly and accommodating also A great company who look after their customers

As always the Aircon Co got in touch to prompt me on a routine service of my unit duly attended serviced the unit and left in good order I was happy to renew my service contract with them which was held at the same price as last year
