Right from the moment I first met with Paul at Leicester Air Conditioning Services I could tell that he was who I wanted doing our air conditioning installation He was diligent in discovering our needs honest about expectations brands to choose and went through all the options with us and allowed us to entertain options even though they weren t his top recommendation What sealed the deal was the fact that he gave us the best price of all those we looked at When it came to the installation Paul was an absolute perfectionist and well as being highly professional The quality is superb He used the best methods and materials possible to create the neatest runs inside and outside the house and regularly went above and beyond to get things just right e g adjusting the angle of a conduit run to match a wonky window so that it looked right even though it meant redoing his work - and I didn t even have to ask him to do it LACS left things tidy every day cleaned up after themselves and made good exterior brick work that had been slightly damaged by the work I couldn t be happier with the installation LACS have done for us and for the way they conducted themselves during the installation and worked in our best interests to get the best result from the whole system Post-installation support has been great - he is still responsive to messages and is willing to research things and ask for manufacture support where needed I m now looking forward to the next heatwave
