Very poor after sales customer service

Very poor after sales customer service on a faulty product we received We were not believed when we reported the faulty in the product which developed a week after receiving it the customer service agent actually said customers always try to return goods as faulty when they are not I had described the fault in detail in an email along with pictures but this company then insisted I email them a video of the fault in operation cannot be safe in all circumstances I emailed the short video clip to them which they bounced back to me as their email will not accept video I had to chase up customer support again wondering how can I proceed only then I m told video will only be received if it s sent via upload to a third party app I had to download this app to get it sent Finally after the video was received by Airpurifiers ie they informed me they have to send it onto the manufacturer for them to review I told them my purchase contract was with them not the manufacturer but my argument was closed down not very politely at that I chase it up again I received instructions to return the product via courier no cost to me but it must be packed in all its original packaging then in an additional outer box or it would not be collected I had to confirm this before collection was arranged I have since received a new replacement product almost a month from my first purchase The return process had required far to many phone calls emails pictures videos worries about packaging for what was an obvious replacement of faulty goods

Beware of second hand goods

Bought an air purifier and they delivered a damaged second hand product Their Customer Service department makes it very difficult to get a replacement or indeed a refund Lost patience with them and requested a refund The refund has finally arrived

Two broken purifiers no customer care

I bought a BlueAir 3210i from airpurifiers ie in October 2023 For the first five months it worked great but then just completely stopped working in April 2024 I contacted the company for support and had to pay 17 to ship the faulty unit to an address in Northern Ireland and then when they agreed that it was faulty I had to pay another 15 to receive the replacement So a 32 penalty to have a faulty item replaced - I understand that this is in their terms and conditions and is technically within the letter of the law but it didn t feel like good care for a customer who was sold a faulty product In October 2024 the replacement unit broke in exactly the same way and they have told me I can only go directly to the manufacturer because it is more than 12 months since I bought the original unit So in one year I ve been sent two units that stopped working have had to pay extra money to get one unit replaced and they have now washed their hands of me and don t offer any recourse I wouldn t recommend airpurifiers ie or the bluer brand to anyone

Duux Air Purifier

I purchased a Duux Air Purifier from AirPurifier leaving a delivery note that I can collect it sooner if it was possible It easily connected to our Google Home which I didn t know it had until it arrived I didn t opt for the express delivery but the normal shipping was very quick and both express and normal shipping were reasonable prices I received a call the next morning letting me know that unfortunately it isn t possible to collect my order but it will be shipped that day It appears to have been I m happy with my purchase and what I paid for what I got Their website is clear and has a good selection of products It s also well designed and clear On a side note it s a strong product and the carpet was damp around it overnight but we will work out where to best use it Hopefully we don t have any issues as mentioned on two other reviews but I expect we will be okay The box was unsealed but it appears to be unused I was invited to review but the profile isn t claimed for some reason
