I had a return to invoice policy which I had to use recently and the service from this company was both courteous and prompt when it came to settling my claim I would praise their customer service as a ten out of ten

Amy the person I spoke to was very knowledgable and polite Gave me the information I needed when I spoke about another quote I had received from another company she went on line to see what they were offering This policy was still slightly more expensive than the other quote however I preferred to go with ALA having read their reviews
