The website was quite straight forward and easy to use The only thing i found was that they did not have any information regarding the excess for the GAP insurance which i had to telephone them so i think they should have mentioned that information on their website which would have been useful so that is why i gave them a 4

Easy and straightforward
It was easy and straightforward to obtain gap insurance The price was far better than I could have got from the main dealer what I also liked was that I could opt for 4 years whereas the dealership was only 3 years and more expensive I have given 4 stars only because it is when you need to make a claim that you really know how good a company is

Very easy website and very clear But
Very easy website and very clear but after spending time on what policy I needed I could not pay as there was a error with their payment gateway Went through the payment page but got a error after payment details were entered to say API failure Customer care did call me the next day to complete the order but they were unaware of the issues on their site Would have given a 5 but for payment

SEEMS AS GOOD AS THE REST
Bought this for 4 years - good phone operatives but still not convinced would totally cover the cost of an updated model of my car in years to come Better prices than the rest and best to have it in place as Motor Insurers look first at how they can void or reduce any claim

Easy to set up policy gives peace of mind
This policy was easy to set up and meets my needs giving me peace of mind should the worst happen As I have not had the need happily to contact them regarding any use of the policy thus far I have dropped one stars I cannot validate their customer service as yet

The call-handler was friendly and professional Most importantly she was able to answer my questions Other companies I spoke to redirected me to their claims department The cover for the price seemed fair Only given four stars as I have not had to make a claim and therefore do not know how that would go Based on my experience so far I would return as a customer

Like the match price of Gap Year
I had a gap year match price quotation which is valid for 365 days This year in May it is nearly the time I rang to retrieve my previous valid quotation and would like to go ahead the girl was very polite and set up my contract Later on I found the max benefit was 50 lower than the orginal valid quote so I rang to ask amend it another girl same very polite said will sort out and then I needed to wait for a week Finally the amount still a bit lower than the original but acceptable and the document a bit confusing I asked again another girl said it is no problem at all Hopefully all been sorted out and give me peace of mind for another 3 years

Helpful and direct Good advice given and were straight about each step needed to progress my claim with themselves Fairly quick too in their replying and response to queries I felt confident when dealing with ALA that they were onside and that the outcome would be positive I recommend them
