Mule or not to Mule

So order placed 10th October finally arrived 24th December Was it worth it Nope The mules are really heavy and chunky so I sound like a giant donkey One mule has a crease in the tongue and creaks when I walk I mean creaks I don t think I ll be wearing these as they are not flattering at all not elegant and certainly not worth the time or money and I m likely to sell them I love the idea of what they do as a company but the delay and poor quality isn t worth it for me in the UK Customer service was good when I enquired on the 2 occasions where the order was Though did feel like I was being told off by a teacher as it was nice and firm and kinda parenting

READ THE SMALL PRINT I am waiting for a delivery of my new boots from Alohas by FedEx and now been text and told I have to pay 48 delivery of import tax as I am living in the UK I wasn t aware I had to pay this as I read free delivery when ordering If I refuse the order I have to pay 90 euro return fee to Alohas Very disappointed so far I was so excited to order them after Instagram adverts I will pay FedEx but I don t even know if the boots will fit or if I will like them I ve no idea what I will have to pay to return them to Alohas I do realise that I didn t read the small print My fault however they should flag this charge up at the buying stage of the ordering process

So cute but would not repurchase

I wouldn t purchase from Aloha s again because I don t think the quality is in line with the price I had my boots for one season and the fake leather scratches so easily and the heel even popped off I would expect better for 300 pair of boots I was able to get them fixed at a cobbler but still that is not something I like to have to do after owning my boots for only one season I also live in SoCal so I m not wearing these boots in tough conditions

the shoes were mediocre

the shoes were very cute looks just like the photo but the sizing runs small and the quality isnt the best the leather scuffs easily and the bottom of the shoe got ruined only after the first 2 hours of wearing them a bit dissapointed

Shoes are so beautiful but still painful after nearly a year

Shoes are so beautiful customer service is prompt and kind but I ve been wearing the sandals for almost a year and I still get blisters and rips every single time I wear them I wait till I m healed and try to wear again with the same results Customer service s suggested solution was to keep wearing the shoes to break them in but this means that they develop wear I can no longer return them They re so beautiful I only with they didn t destroy my skin

I will possibly upgrade my review but so far my experience has not bern great I pre-ordered a pair of shoes and they took a long time to arrive communication wasn t strange about ship date and then once they arrived looked quite different than the image in terms of quality of hardware in the shoes I exchanged for a pair I loved but the sizing was off- and the stamp on the bottom looked like it had both 40 and 41 likely because of a production error and were small I ll return again and exchange as I d really like to find a pair that work and support the business model Let s see what happens

I ve bought 2 pairs of boots from alohas one I ve been wearing almost everyday for a couple years unfortunately the second pair had a production defect that made them pretty much unwearable Despite having purchased them almost a year ago I was able to send in some photos and be somewhat compensated not by much but it was easy at least Will maybe give them another try but I hope the quality hasn t generally gone down

I left a review for a product I ordered which they never pulished on their website the shoes literally left my feet bloody and cut up and I ve tried breaking them in for ages but the material of the strap has no give and the sole is incredibly heavy It s a shame because they were so expensive and I ve ordered other shoes from Alohas which I love Edit 8 6 23 ALOHAS offered me compensation in the form of store credit

Very good quality but uncomfortable shoes

I baught this shoes in advance before production started They were produced and delivered very quickly 10 days before expected Wow I tried the shoes and they were really comfy so I kept them What turned out after a 1 5 km walk they produce a lot of blisters especially when you sweat on your feet Can t return them anymore so I tape the sensitive parts of my skin before wearing them

Hight quality but long waits

I bought a pair of shoes in March and they arrived in the end of July they should arrive in May The quality is very hight but the waiting time maybe is too much I will give another chance
