A bit Skeptical

The shoes were beautiful Processes are skeptical I Returned the boots for a smaller size and wanted to simply proceed with an even exchange They proceeded to only give back the partial amount I still owed the 11 50 for shipping I should have owed zero since it was an even exchange I will love these boots forever but this was my first and last purchase from this company

Very uncomfortable shoes

While I liked the brand s idea of sustainability in only creating the items on demand to reduce waste I unfortunately don t have anything nice to say about the shoes I ordered the Marshmallows and they arrived in a timely manner however it s like they were designed to sit on your shelf never to be worn because they are pretty to look at but impossible to walk in The insole is rock hard and the shoes themselves quite heavy so anytime you lift your heel the straps cut into your skin rendering them unusable I don t understand how you can in your right mind call something like this marshmallow they are the most uncomfortable shoes I ve ever tried on

Great shoes but inconsistent sizing

The delivery time was great and I love the shoes I ve ordered but your sizes are not consistent The heeled sandals I ordered are very tight but the sandals I ordered in the same size are so big that I had to make a new hole and my feet slip out them to the side which makes them dangerous to walk in The quality is great but there needs to be more work done on the sizing It puts me off ordering as I don t want to pay to get a few sizes and guess which ones might fit

I love the sandals I bought BUT

I love the sandals I bought at ALOHA but right away one made a noice like squeaking every step I take and another thing is that the cross of the leather is different in one shoe and the other what make my toes look different lengths from one food and the other people noticed it and was very unpleasant I wish I could write an excellent review because I love the idea that you just produce if there is demand of the product and I got the sandals exactly when you said I would

Beauty is pain

These shoes are SO stylish They go with basically everything in my wardrobe I get compliments on them all the time However they are very uncomfortable and hurt my feet if I m walking really any sort of distance I thought I could break these shoes in I ve had them since April but they still give me blisters and HURT when I walk any decent amount in them

All shoes looks really good from photos but I ordered cactus off white shoes for my wedding and unfortunately after 4hours wearing they were rupture I had to change it and don t think they can be used anylonger Alohas suggested for me 15 discount for the next purchase I do not think it is honest as I even do not request refund I don t think I will buy again because of quality and customer approach

Regular orders come fast and the

Regular orders come fast and the products are quality and very cute 5 stars for that however when it comes to their on demand things can take longer than the date and 10 day shipping window they give you Sometimes products get shipped out a month after they were supposed to and they don t notify you you have to contact them to find out what s going on My suggestion to the company would be to work on improving communication with sending out notifications if there are going to be delays And be more transparent that on demand can actually take longer than the 10 day shipping window

Not yet converted to sustainable shopping

Purchased a pair of boots in Oct for November dispatch Failing to receive any updates on my order I contacted customer services who advised me that there had been a delay to production due to low orders shipment was expected in December Again failing to receive any updates I had to contact customer services again who further advised that my boots would be dispatched in January By chance I checked where my boots were discovered that they had been dispatched shipped to the UK and were with a courier yet still had no emails from either company about my order I finally received my boots today in a broken box The boots look ok and feel comfortable but its definitely not worth the 3month wait Whilst customer service was helpful on all occasions I contacted them the company need to do more to keep customers up to date with production delivery status - it shouldn t be my responsibility to chase you when you provide a production date on your website before orders are purchased In addition if there is a minimum quantity that needs to be ordered before production can start this should be made clear before purchasing eg your order is 14 of 50 Unfortunately the pre-production discount wasn t worth the wait or the lack of communication so I m not a sustainability convert I will go back to buying off the rack - I think that there is quite a lot of holes that need to be filled to make purchasing this way a smoother process
