Terrible place

Terrible place got a car on finance last yr and broke down after 2 months they told me it only had 2 months warranty when I rang them since then the car as broken down another 4 times with the same fault unknown fault spoken to my fiance company who spoken to them but as per usual they manage to get out of it so I m left with 12000 dept with a car that breaks down every few months Also when purchased the car they took me in tondo all paper work etc and didn t even have time to look at the car And finally they put it through its MOT when I bought it but had to go in for repair within the week for drop links which should of been a MOT failEmail sent with all info regarding your reply also the finance company supposed to of been speaking regarding this matter since last yearJust to add you replied within 30 minutes of opening to my review and I sent the email with the info you asked for straight away 2 days ago and still no reply Making it out that it s me and not yourselves on ere saying no contact etc I have all emails from the finance company stating they contacted you

I ve had the unfortunate experience with alpha motors Wigan where they sold me a Audi A7 31 12 20 and had issues with the gearbox also an engine chain rattle plus the cars been involved in some kind of accident where the complete frontends been painted 2015 act says I m entitled to my money s back with a massive fight via calls and email I received 90 back Don t get caught out with this company as there warranty isn t worth the paper work it s written on buyer beware

I ve had the unfortunate experience with alpha motors which has left me feeling angry and upset I purchased an a7 via bank transfer only to discover it had an fault with the gearbox flywheel plus a timing chain rattle and too top it off it must of been in some kind of accident as the whole front end had been repainted and wasn t a 100 Match I complained only to fobbed off at first via calls and emails Once I said I didn t want the car and required a full refund consumer act 2015 they found the issue At this point I didn t what the car nor want a repair After a lengthy fight via email he offered a sum which was nearly 1300 less than I payed of course I used the car and felt like was been put off past the 29days limit of receiving any moneys back In the end I accepted almost a 1000 off the car plus costs of travel back and forth to resolve Gra m you should hold your head in shame for how I ve been treated This company is quick to take your moneys so buyer beware

I was very disappointed with Alpha Lease After reading the positive reviews online I decided to lease a car with them which was the biggest mistake I have made I ordered a car back in July 2021 and was promised a car in October 2021 This deal was made with Evan However 2 weeks before I was about to receive my car I got told that its been delayed to November I then got told in November its delayed till April 2022 I was now communicated by Martin and he told me he will look for an alternative but he could not find anything Everytime I rang in to ask for him he was always out of the office or busy on another line He did not ring me back or let me know what stage we were at In December 2021 I received an email from Vicky that your car will be delivered on the 30th April I then got told in February that its been delayed again to June I was so disappointed in the fake dates that Alpha Lease was giving me and I did not expect this from them at all being a professional business Not only the service was disappointing but the account manager Vicky was very rude and very unprofessional towards me She was rude and made me feel as though I did not know anything about the car industry and that I should just keep waiting for the car because I won t find it elsewhere I finally came to a conclusion that I wanted to cancel my order I now went with another leasing company for the exact same car and they managed to meet my requirements and I received the car within two weeks with a brand new plate

Purchase with caution

I have had an unfortunate experience with Alpha Motors and I m writing this review to warn all potential customers to please fully check over your vehicles and paperwork ie online gov website for mot history etc before the 30 day period runs out where you can hand the car back for a full refund I bought a Mercedes c class in December 2021 and was very pleased with the service I initially received very friendly and helpful I dealt with Lee who was and is very friendly and I don t blame him for anything Only the actual company who I believe do not care about the vehicles they sell at all The engine light come on within the first week to which I took it back into alpha where the light was switched off and I was sent on my way and told it was just a sensor It come on again within a week or so and I took it back once again They told me I was low on fuel and it had knocked a sensor and I was sent on my way Of course the engine light come on again and this time I was furious I took it back and contacted my finance company who got in contact with Alpha and surprisingly alpha finally did some work on the car I got it back but it was still having issues extremely smoky exhaust trouble starting etc I took it to my own personal garage to have it looked over to which he discovered the car had the wrong engine The serial number on the engine did not match the serial number on my logbook I also discovered the tyre had wires exposed This car had apparently passed its MOT and been fully checked before being sold I further discovered the mileage had been clocked back when I did my HPI check mot history I trusted Alpha and therefore didn t do my own HPI check which I definitely regret now How alpha could sell a vehicle like this is beyond me and I would be seriously petrified to purchase another from them I luckily got a full refund from my finance company but I doubt that would have been the case if I didn t have my finance company looking after me When trying to liaise with Alpha when I first started having issues before the wrong engine was discovered they knocked 1000 off the vehicle price if I was to return it to them which I refused PLEASE check over your vehicles and documents before the 30 period runs out where you can return for a full refund

Delivery of car FILTHY

Delivery of car was on time but arrived filthy with mats slung in boot all of which need throwing after reading all these reviews online will be taking the car to two local garages in my village for checking You do have 30 days to lodge any complaints I shall be going through everything it should be very interesting

BMW 525D from Lee at Alpha Motors

In December 2024 I purchased a BMW 525D from Lee at Alpha Motors When I picked up the car I noticed an issue that I hadn t caught during the test drive I returned the car the same day explained the problem and the mechanic requested a test drive I agreed and he quickly confirmed the issue offering to book the car in for repairs Before leaving I checked with Lee to confirm that the repair would be covered by my Three-Month Statutory Warranty and he assured me that it would The work was completed and the issue was resolved However a few weeks later I encountered another problem with the car and this is where my experience shifted from five stars to one star I called to explain the issue and was told that I didn t have a Three-Month Statutory Warranty which I found confusing considering the first issue had been covered under warranty I was then transferred to the Sales Manager who claimed that the first issue had been fixed as a gesture of goodwill and if I wanted this issue fixing I would have to pay for it myself During my 15-minute call with the Sales Manager I felt patronized and belittled He repeatedly spoke to me slowly as though I couldn t understand him It s not just about what is said but how it s said Regardless of whether you re spending 1 000 or 100 000 on a car customers deserve to be treated with respect People work hard for their money and based on the other reviews I m not the only one who feels this way I won t be a returning to Alpha Motors again and will take my hard earned cash else where
