Amazing

We booked this 2 bedroom apartment through Altovita our first time for our trip to London We found this immaculate Holland Park apartment The place was very pleasant and exactly what we expected based on the photos - my gripe with AirBnB is that photos can be very deceiving and I have been disappointed one too many times I wanted to find out what amenities were around the area as we are not familiar and had other admin-type questions to ensure we found the place and settled in quickly essential with a young child and customer service was very helpful and responsive I don t usually like livechats but this was an actual person responding and gave me very useful tips I didn t know this at the time but have learnt that they do great deals for long-term stays e g monthly bookings - so the next time we plan to do an extended trip to London or one of the other cities Altovita covers we will definitely use AV Highly recommend AV and their properties

Beautiful apartment amazing service

I stayed with Altovita for the first time at one of their Lisbon homes it was absolutely beautiful The service communication from the host and Altovita themselves was outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend anyone that is travelling through Lisbon to consider staying at their Boutique Migration apartment It honestly felt like a home from home

Straightforward

The more I try these trust based Accomodation set ups the more I realise that a platform like this should be the norm These guys actually do the homework and you get what you expect and it s not at a huge premium either It s a sensible way to stay
