Excellent location

Excellent location Secure entry point and security patrolling the village The villa was very clean and having our own pool really made it great

Great Family Fun

We always enjoy our time at any Villatel home This past trip our son surprised his mom coming home from the Airforce on leave I only mention this because it is great to be able to spend time with your family and not have any worries that some vacation rentals come with These houses are set up for a great family time Thank you and we look forward to our next trip

Brilliant stay

The house exceeded expectations and was fabulous - spacious very well equipped and spotlessly clean The beds were very comfy and having laundry facilities was appreciated The estate was immaculate The Villatel team were great very responsive to emails All in all a super house and a super stay I wouldn t hesitate to visit again

Great Stay Great Service

Our family stayed at the Whimsical Wonderland villa in Solara We wanted a water-park for the kids and they were super excited about the themed rooms The house was gorgeous and clean - we really appreciated that The only issue we had was with the wifi in the home We tried to watch several movies in the theater and just kept getting a spinning wheel Villatel was very quick to respond to texts and had someone out the next morning The issue persisted and they escalated it to the IT department who arrived the following day and put the issue to bed Their response was fantastic - and we really enjoyed our stay with them

Villatel provided us an absolutely wonderful experience that my family will never forget

The home was very beautiful and had everything we needed The many amenities kept my family occupied We spent the entire time at the actual home There was no need to leave the resort to enjoy ourselves We are already preparing to use Villatel for our trip in August

Amazing rental house for families

We have rented houses several times in Orlando area and this was best experience we had Very minimal checkout list very responsive to any questions we had Only downside was miscommunication about resort offerings Many of the resorts have similar names so I think they mistakenly told us there was a lazy river which there is not at Solara Not a big deal the house was fun and had so many activities and it s own pool the kids never wanted to leave

We got there and the house was even better than the pictures My family along with 3 other families rented a solara resort house from Villatel and it was amazing Pool was heated and fantastic garage theater room was ALMOST soundproof think 5 9-13 year olds blasting music and movies and the ample amenities were just amazing From the arcade games to the giant on the wall scrabble board 10 10 will be using Villatel for all future stays

Glorious house

Glorious house with everything the kids could want to delight them and the adults too frankly All in great order and very well kept We were right opposite the kids play park Solterra is a nice resort main pool a bit chilly in October though but good cafe gym and other facilities - and took 30mins to get to the parks and other attractions each day Overall made for an amazing base for a great holiday

We had an amazing stay at Villatel Great location and beautiful very clean home Whenever I had a concern or issue they were very quick to respond and meet our needs Easy check in and check out as well Must stay for your Orlando vacation
