At this bank all the workers are willing to work with anyone What I mean by this is when I was getting my checking and savings set up the lady was so nice Whenever I need to take out money or put money into my savings the employees are always always welcoming with seems open arms

I just called the Support line Member Services in order to get walked through reviewing old bank records In the years past it has been difficult to find someone who could walk me through it TODAY I was lucky enough to find a humble tech Dao who really knew what he was doing He patiently walked me through the entire process in minutes and was willing to go above and beyond for me WOW Thank you Dao and Altra Federal Credit Union

My experience has been great except 1 small thing

My experience has been great as a newer customer with a A checking account and savings account So far so good re my auto loan also The staff are great hours work well with my schedule and they have been very accommodating The only issue was they won t cash a 3rd party check a check signed over to me

I was told by a friend that Altra would help with building my credit score I inquired at the Tyler TX branch and asked a lot of questions which were fully answered with understanding and clarity It has been 7 months and every word they suggested has come to pass exactly like they said it would My credit score has increased tremendously Thanks Devonte of the Tyler branch and thanks Altra for hiring such honest professional people Your services are exceptional
