American Express is the best card provider and have the best customer service ever I was surprised to see the bad reviews I understand that happy customers do not do reviews I LOVE AMEX I feel safe customer care is amazing and all is perfect with them

I have the Platinum card for almost a year Very happy with the service Customer service via phone is sometimes slow but via chat is always quick It is an expensive card but you can get good value out of it Lounge access is really handy Issues such as chargeback is handled very quickly unlike my anwb card which takes months The continuous travel insurance is quite extensive It does feel so far like Amex is like a security on top for my payments Hope to enjoy the membership for many more years to comeFew minus points Parts of the website are a bit outdated Cannot pay outstanding amounts via ideal only bank transfer All the extra benefits are a bit cumbersome to activate Transferring points to partners is slow and sometimes doesn t work Acceptance is less than Visa Mastercard

Amex Delta skymiles blue credit card thoughts

Surprised by the number of bad reviews here I have been a card holder for over 10 years and had nothing but excellent service Latest incident was a chargeback with ebay I bought a mattress from ebay and the seller s courier left the item outside the house while i was on holiday and forged signature The seller couldn t care less the courier refused to respond to any queries and ebay s dispute handing process was worse that useless Had it not been for the Amex dispute process i would have taken this through a small claims process I have no experience of their other products but the service from the credit card team is consistently excellent when i ve had to contact them

Fantastic i have a delta blue skymiles credit card i so far love it and i also have a creditone bank American Express card ill review later but for today the delta blue skymiles credit card is fantastic i love it and customer service is above and beyond great fantastic service cant say enough great things about this
