My experience was great The call began promptly at its scheduled time He was very patient and detailed with any questions or concerns that I had as well as knowledgeable of the system and where to troubleshoot any issues that would arise during the installation process which made it a painless process for me

Great Customer Service
Luke was very patient and informative He walked me through rebooting my printer after it was in storage mode for 3 months He even went the extra mile to facetime me to make sure my settings and firmware were up to date

Excellent Service
He helped greatly and took his time and even had some comedy to help pass the time as we installed the CTL and carriage unity After a mistake on my half he help trouble shoot to find the cause of it and then proceeded to help update my firmware and also connect my computer to my printer All in all it was a very great install that helped and taught me more about my machine that I did not know THANK YOU
