I was gifted some electronics but they were missing one of the parts I was able to find the part on their website from the manufacturer and not a third-party substitute and order it It arrived within a couple of days The price was reasonable and no more than what I d have paid to Amazon

Thank you for the quick delivery to Germany even when the postal service has covid problems Blown away with the quality of the guitar O D it with my 1 vintage Gibson Sounds killer obviously not the setup of a pro instrument but that one had an expensive pro setup treatment With the same care the L7 will bea great player without the usual need to fix mediocre hardware Best pleased Dee

positive experiences with Andertons I have ordered from Andertons about 5-10 times now and every time the items arrive on time and are in good condition One guitar came with some factory issues but after calling up a replacement was organized very swiftly The courier came with the new guitar and picked up the old one at the same time so there wasn t a time where I was without a guitar a much appreciated service as some other stores do not offer this

Absolutely brilliant service from these guys I had several issues with a microphone I purchased with it having to be returned twice due to faults They were supportive in troubleshooting and sending for repair and ultimately I chose to switch it for other items due to the issues I encountered No hassle gave me recommendations on other items Great Team Especially Thomas and Dale in the service departments

Great communication and delivery

I hadn t shopped at Andertons in a long time until a few months ago and they did amazingly both times First time the website stated that the item was out of stock but on pre-order so I placed the order anyway as it wasn t strictly urgent They sent an email setting an ETA and managed to deliver around a week early Similar experience with the following order but this time it was actually in stock and also arrived way earlier than I expected Amazing Very happy with the way they set expectations and at least in my experience over-deliver

Bought the Earthquaker Devices Life pedal It arrived faulty All it took was one quick phonecall and I had a replacement within 3 days Excellent customer service Turned what could ve been a bad experience into a good one Will deffinetly shop here again

Great service will be my go to place from now on I ordered the wrong item by mistake for an Xmas present and realised on Xmas day which was outside of their returns period When I contacted them and explained what d happened they organised an exchange without any arguments even though they didn t have to Quality service

ROB Taylor GS Mini -e

On Friday 4 3 2022 I visited Andertons with the intention of buying a specific acoustic guitar on speaking to Rob he not only sorted my out with a demo of that one but four others to compare with it in the end I ended up purchasing a Taylor GS Mini-e The point is the customer service from Rob was excellent and made my experience a happy one and he ensured I ended up with the right guitar I can t put it down 5 stars to Andertons and especially ROB
