This company do not care about there customers not only do they not put things right if you dare to complain they will block you on ebay and block from purchasing from any of their affiliated companies Absolute toxic anti customer behaviour from a company that cannot own up to their mistakes and does nothing to put them right

Absolute shocking service Ordered a chair They sent wrong one Wouldn t do a swap over Had to wait until wrong one was picked up and delivered to them They told me last week they are sending correct on I waited for 4-5 days then sent a message to say I want refund if it doesn t come today to get a reply stating they ve not even sent it

Absolute cowboys worst tackle shop in the country by a mile sends you wrong item and also 4 days late spoke to them over the phone and there customer service is shocking swore at me numourous times I wouldn t shop here if it was the last tackle shop in the world BE WARNED won t be using these again use Total fishing tackle everyone service so much better

Bought a Westin escape cam off this

Bought a Westin escape cam off this company 3 months ago used the item around 3 4 times The on button stopped working due to a design flaw I sent the item back for a refund it s coming up to two weeks now with no money or camera The company is telling me I need to wait for their replacement from westin before they can refund me It s not for me to wait for them to sort this out with westin they shouldn t be selling poor quality products I won t be using the company again and would advise others to avoid

Conned

After a great historical relationship with this tackle supplier I am now extremely annoyed with them I sent something back under warranty was in constant communication with them to now find out they ve closed the business I was told my item had been sent back to manufacturer now being told business locked up and no way of telling if the item is in the building However I ve spoken to the manufacturer direct and confirmed they haven t received anything from Angling4less for me I feel bad their business is gone but don t forget the little people who gave you a good lifestyle in the good times and bought from you in good faith
