Incredible customer service
My new rod arrived 4 days late and the box looked like it had been kicked about by the courier The rod was damaged and snapped 10 minutes on the phone with Michael from the Angling Direct customer service dept and they issued a replacement straight away arranged for next day delivery Michael could not have been more helpful and I m very grateful for his professional service A shame it arrived damaged but thats the fault of DX Express I can t fault the service from Angling Direct and Michael in particular Thank you

My AD Plus issue
I had an issue were 3 months previously I d ordered and paid for MyAD plus next day shipping for 1 year It didn t seem to register properly as when I went to place a bait order today it wasn t giving me the right option on shipping I emailed and Cameron dealt with it brilliantly He kept in touch while he dealt with the problem until it all all sorted and I was able to use MyAD plus priority delivery to get my order in time for the weekend Thanks again Cameron

Replacement of a faulty item
I emailed AD about a problem I had with an item I had bought through them online I wasn t expecting a reply on a bank holiday but Derrick replied within minutes of my first contact with them I was told that I could have a replacement either by going in to my nearest AD store or from the head office Fortunately AD in Hull had one in stock so the whole matter was sorted in less than an hour Brilliant customer service from all concerned

Thank you to Gary sorting out my problem my reel had a part missing Did take a wee while to get a replacement but not angling directs fault as the reel had to go back to the manufacturer All in all very happy way angling direct and will still continue to use them many thanks

Had few issues very happy with assistance
Had a nightmare due to parcel going missing during delivery no fault of angling direct I also received partial order due to an error on a description on the online website however after corresponding with nathalie this has been quickly resolved for me the missing delivery got resent and arrived safe and sound and the error has been quickly rectified Everything was explained and this agent truly made me feel like was going above and beyond for me throughout this person really is a credit to your company I would be sure to keep hold of this one If you could personally thank Nathalie again for the assistance it would be greatly appreciated Tight lines MR D John
