On a whim I decided to buy a new suite as our old one had become uncomfortable We browsed the showroom Harry Weaver introduced himself listened to our requirements and offered suggestions He then left us alone to ponder We made our choice and Harry helped tailor a package that suited our needs He offered a competitive price and talked us through the delivery time The following day he contacted us to confirm delivery

From start to finish in June when we entered the store we were greeted by gareth 5 star customer service with regular updates while our suite was on order 4 weeks earlier than expected which was great as the room was decorated and new carpet and ready lovely chaps delivered and situated the suite all great wish there was more firms that valued customers like this very happy and recommend to our family and friends tjankyou so much

On arrival at the showroom we were met by Scott Owen who showed us to the suite we were interested in We knew pretty much what we wanted but it s a big decision and Scott was great in giving us time to make the final choices whilst being courteous and helpful in answering any questions etc when needed He has a great admin backup team as well because following ordering the communications about progress were spot on which further instilled confidence The delivery was superb too not rushed in any way and with great care taken Our thanks and appreciation goes to the whole team

Sofa order - fantastic service and product

We drove around an hour to visit the store having liked the look of the sofas online and not found anything suitable locally Fantastic selection to choose from staff were really helpful also let us take the sofa fabric samples home for a few days Placed an order all very easy kept well informed sofas arrived in store early and the store were happy to hold them for us until we d finished decorating Delivery really easy and we love the new sofas quality value is so much better than the big chains would definitely recommend

The service at Annetts Fine Furniture Hereford was outstanding including Scott Owen and Harry Weaver Our questions were answered fully and the staff allowed us as much time as we needed to choose the correct bed My wife and I were in their store for several hours trying mattress after mattress until we conclude which one suited us the best There was no sales pressure they were helpful and knowledgeable of the products they had for sale

Lovely experience excellent selection of furniture beds We didn t expect to find a dining table but with Barries expert help we found just what we were looking for Thank you it was our very first visit and we will be back

The whole experience of purchasing our new lounge furniture from the initial meeting with Harry the salesperson through to the delivery team has been first rate Annetts is shopping as it should be and these days so rarely is non pressured and helpful well informed staff and a well stocked showroom Once the purchse was made communication was excellent with regular updates The delivery team were top guys too Prices are very competetive as well so it has to be a genuine 5 stars

We recently placed an order for a new bed and frame at Annetts and customer service we received from Rob was perfect From start to finish our time with Rob was pain-free and a breath of fresh air We explained to Rob what we were looking for and spent two hours we are fussy with him testing mattresses and listening to his guidance Not once did we feel we were a bother and the concluding decision meant we placed an order for both which was again a seamless process and left the store extremely happy We highly recommend visiting the store if you want attentive staff and lots of choice
