We thoroughly enjoyed browsing and purchasing a variety of home furnishings from Annette s fine furniture based at Hereford Staff were polite knowledgeable and efficient All items delivered today by two professional gents Karl Dan who went above and beyond they are both a credit to the company They removed their shoes delivered the items removed packaging and placed them within the lounge as requested Perfect thank you

Return visit and wonderful experience

We returned to Annetts to buy a further sofa following wonderrful service on our 1st visit last November We live about 60 miles from the store but well worth it for the quality of and range of products on sale the extensive product knowledge and personal service provided On both ocassions we dealt with Gareth who was a joy to deal with being very friendly helpful and courteous He is real credit to the ethos of Annetts We highly recommend Annetts in every way

When it arrives this will be my third

When it arrives this will be my third consecutive sofa from Annetts- only because of a change in decorations They have all been super quality and real workhorse s with my dogs and grandchildren I am very happy to recommend Annetts - Finger crossed my delivery goes smoothly at the end of August I m not really worried -more about getting the one to the charity shop

Highly recommended for choice and customer service

Having spent hours at many different furniture outlets we finally found Annetts which although was over 50 miles from our home was well worth the journey We received excellent guidance and advice from Harry who was available when we had any questions but did not put any pressure on us to make a decision as we ve encountered in other places Finally we ve found the perfect sofa for us

A Great Company very happy with our purchase

We are very pleased with our purchase from Annetts Scot Owen confidently looked after our order kept us fully informed on all stages great work thanks Scott Delivery was on the day advised by 2 very friendly so sorry didn t know their names persons very competent in their work we never had to lift a finger they were so good down to demonstrating how to use the recliner chairs and ever sticking felt pads on our new table Will never buy from SCS again Annetts has exceeded our expectations Thank you all terrific service such a great company YoursDavid and Esther Davies

Very helpful and informed staff

We made 3 visits to Hereford store to buy a new bed they have a good range and we ve bought items from here before The staff make themselves readily available when you walk in know their products well and are not pushy about sales They are thoughtful and helpful making it a pleasant experience to shop there

The service was excellent Harry introduced himself and gave us an initial overview then left us to ponder the selection He came several times to check on us and when we were ready he worked out a comprehensive pricing The selection in store was very good and the options variable For a small charge our old suite will be taken away

From initial visit to delivery of furniture an excellent customer experience Great showroom with lots of choice No pressure sales people Good quality furniture Scott was very helpful and patient answering all questions and had good knowledge Delivery staff also excellent and efficient Pay them a visit much better in every aspect than the big chain stores

Great experience all round

We are delighted with the quality of our new furniture and would highly recommend Annetts The service and care showed by Harry Weaver was exceptional from the initial showroom visit to the aftercare service We were kept informed of delivery timescale and on day of delivery the delivery team were first class In future Annetts will be our first destination for furniture needs
