Can t say nothing negative about this company they offer a great service and help you protect your laptop pc and mobile phone like it should My devices run smoother and I know I m protected against online threats Everybody should have their services imo

The service I received from start to finish was excellent I had a large number of problems to fix on my laptop I had numerous problems with Malware including problems using my video editing program plus several other issues Each and every one of these problems were resolved I highly recommend the use of AnyTech365

Bringing a new computer under the service

Today I called AnyTech 365 to bring a new computer I had recently purchased along with my other computers now under its unbrella The technician immediately took over this computer Within a small period of time he had installed programs to completely protect it from viruses and other problems that could potentially become a serious problem Now this new computer is safe to use with a new service to address any future problems that may be encountered

Great service

Trevor was 100 understanding of what the issue with the computer was He took the time to re-set up the laptop and try to make it work correctly again Very pleased Although the anytech 365 antivirus is still popping up I wish we could make it go away

Router ugprade

Peter was very friendly and helped me with an upgrade of my AnyTech router It required several steps which may be easy for younger people but not for me Peter was very patient and explained exactly what I needed to do The upgrade was successfully completed without any problems I realize AnyTech costs more than many services but it has always given me outstanding personal service whenever I needed it
