Beware DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Purchased via Amazon es a kitchen counter and it arrived unfinished and with bad quality For 8 days now they are buying time and not sending a pick up for a refund I have waited 2 days now and lost 2 Day work for a delivery thay never came Called them on the phone and in the middle disconnected the call Promised to schedule a return pick up and each time fail yo do that NEVER AGAIN

This company has awful customer service They botched the address and contact info before passing the order to a courier that cannot be contacted They are not helpful and clearly only after a money grab Cheap products cheap company cheap customer service avoid spend a little more and go somewhere else

One phrase would be enough to describe this seller Avoid at all costs The product sold a VINSETTO chair is incredibly bad Not enough sponge on the seat or on the back the chair wobbles in all directions even after tiding up neatly all the screws The Seller advertises on their web page on Worten s marketplace that the returns are free but after contacting them surprise they ask you to pay for the shipping costs to Barcelona Unbelievable So not only they sell bad products with no previous quality check as they also refuse to comply with what they advertise 14 days free returns To make things worst the customer support tries to make unfortunate supposedly funny but not smart enough to be it remarks like quote Our products are not personalised Well one could be easily offended by such remarks but that s not the case Fortunately I wake up early every morning to go for a swim in the ocean I ll end with one advise to everyone that needs to buy a chair go to your local store try it first and then buy if you re pleased with the quality I will to the same from now on Best Regards

The good things fast deliveryThe bad things product not only arrived slightly damaged but worst than that it has different features than the one shown in the pictures and for me this is a major issue I mean I bought this specific model because it showed two locks allowing to fully lock the tool car What I got had just one lock This was supposed to be left in a house for rental fully locked It won t serve its purpose They offered me 15 Euros compensation That s about 8 of the value Very short for the gravity of the situation
