Staff we dealt with were super helpful and patient as we had the kids in with us fellow parents know how that can go but helped us find a mattress we could both agree on what was a task in itself and explained a lot of technical stuff to help us choose what was right for us Super helpful at informing us about fabric choices and bed frame features and benefits and let us know pricing for everything and how we could beat take advantage of the special offer that was on when we went in Ended up buying our perfect bed and a few bonus extras thanks to the extra time we were given Didn t feel rushed in the slightest so we could make the best choice for us

Andrew at Ayr was very helpful My dad is 86 and Andrew took the time to explain all the various functions of the Lift and Rise chair My dad didn t want to look elsewhere as he felt comfortable dealing with Andrew He ordered chair which is being delivered next week I was very impressed with Andrew

I really liked that the staff weren t pushy being present and accessible without seeking me out and pushing a sales pitch It s a lot of money to spend and I want time and space to think about what I ve seen Being pushed into it only puts me off And here was the perfect balance I didn t buy the bed first off I looked around all the shops and came back here because it has the frame I wanted but the service was friendly and open and personable
