Finacial fraud beware

Same here as the previous response I signed a reservation and preliminary agreement for La Maddalena apartment in their Diamonds srl in October 2023 since no progress at all in buying the land or obtaining building permits The project was taken off their website sometime in May June 2024 if I did not follow up each month on the progress no one from AG would have even bothered to inform me I was given an option to withdrew from the project and the company promised to repay my down-payments it is now more than two months no one is responding from the company Liers and thieves beware this is a pyramid scheme Update January 2025 In December 2024 Arras Group communicated a payment plan of 3 payments in 3 months first one was really transferred I am wondering if the rest two will come as well Update March 1st Of course none of the promised other two payments in end of January and end of February were made Excuses promises of made transfers but none of the payments arrived Same responses as the above review Do not make any business with this company

Legal proceedings for fraud have been initiated

In the earlier part of 2023 I paid a deposit as part of a signed contract to buy a flat in La Maddalena The project never started I asked for my money back The company agreed and by the end of 2023 we signed a Termination of the Preliminary Contract document stating that I would be paid back the full 80 k amount by February 2024 This reimbursement never happened confirmed meeting requests in Sardinia were never honored At that stage the only option left was to start legal proceedings against the Arras Group Latest update December 2024 Arras Group s CEO organizes a videoconference to inform all people whom he owes money I am not alone far from it that we will get the reimbursement in 3 tranches The first to be paid on 20 December 2024 9 January 2024 After two failed bank transfer attempts Enrico Arras the company s CEO writes We were only able to ascertain yesterday after a few reports from other customers that for customers whose names were wrong the first time the app had created an anomaly when we re-submitted the transfer without updating the correct master data We have therefore reversed the previous payments and re-arranged the payment in order to avoid any problems We apologise for the inconvenience 14 January 2024 still no money on my account despite 3 alleged attempts based on the Enrico Arras own statements to reimburse the money that is due 31 January 2025 this is the deadline for paying the second tranche On that day Enrico Arras the CEO informs my lawyer that the check is in the mail and attaches a screenshot from his banking application as proof of payment The two first promised tranches are supposed to be paid with this But no money lands on my account nor that of others concerned by Enrico Arras lies that I know off Arras Group s CEO is a master in deception Extreme caution is recommended in engaging in any transaction with this company Latest on 20 May 2025 Excerpts from La Repubblica - onlineThe Court of Milan - Sezione Specializzata In Materia Di Impresa appointed Ignazio Arcuri as judicial administrator of Arras Group a technology company for the real estate development of second homes and suspended from listing on EGM PRO for a period of six months with the task of providing ordinary management and acts exceeding ordinary administration The appointment came as part of the proceedings instituted in an appeal filed on 30 January 2025 by minority shareholder Jean Christophe Babin CEO of LVMH s Watches division and former CEO of Bulgari who was seeking the removal of the members of the company s board of directors alleging serious irregularities in management to the detriment of the company itself The company founded and led by Enrico Arras is facing fraud charges from several customers

WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM ARRAS GROUP I have signed in November 2023 a proposal to acquire a new home to be build in Palau Sardinia in project ACQUAMARINA and paid a 15 down payment or 100k euros Despite repeated reminders by emails what s app and registered letter the project building permit is not submitted and the land likely not acquired During 2024 it appears that ARRAS and management are under severe strain and not able or willing to respond and provide necessary transparency and evidence of progress Following many lies and deceiot trust is now breached Recent developments and other negative customer testimonials have convinced me to take legal action to obtain full refund Google search the site on Arras Group fraud

This company is a massive shame of Italy The CEO Enrico Arras his Wife Silvia Fumagalli and employers Flavio Rebelatto and all others complice are lying in your face They are criminal fraudsters The dream projects they sell turn into nightmares What is left of their projects are buildings ruins I strongly advise against doing business with Arras Group

Large scale fraud and many victims

After realizing that so many victims have also filed criminal and civil complaints against ARRAS Group and Enrico ARRAS during 2024 with no response and no progress on our ACQUAMARINA Project in Sardinia for the last 5 months I have also filed lawsuits to obtain justice and repair To aggravate the case the land on which the 8 houses projects had been seized by court in 2022 and could not be purchased by ARRAS pretending to the contrary all along and lying about d layed bureaucracy with the municipality of PALAU This FRAUD has to end

My Personal Experience with Enricoa Arras and Anastasya Egorycheva

This is my personal experience with the construction company ARRAS Group and its CEO Enrico Arras My personal story starts when I was introduced to Enrico Arras CEO of the company by Anastasya Egorycheva salesperson and an accomplice of Enrico Arras followed by an aggressive deceptive well-orchestrated marketing campaign Anastasya Egorycheva and Enrico have drawn me into full payment for the project of Cannigione villa and deposit for Palau Project with an estimated amount currently exceeding over 400 000 euros by orchestrating fake notary and legal council assurances by in house legal counsel that all documentations were in order and prompt delivery of the project within following 12 months After months of promises from Anastasya and Enrico I went to the site in April of the following year myself just to discover that no construction has ever started After getting my own lawyer to investigate I found that the land hasnever been bought the guarantees given by the Arras Group are fake and the land in Palau is being investigated and confiscated by the Court of Rome This means it cannot besold or bought what means selling villas in Palau project was a blatant fraudulent operation This is a modus operandi of Mr Enrico Arras CEO and founder of Arars Group who has collected large amounts of money from unsuspected victims The contract was ended due to multiple violations of agreed terms and of course Enrico Arras failed to pay back any money owed to us for almost 2 years now He just made promises sent fake bank transfer receipts The meeting on December 6rh 2024 was just about the repayment It turned into theatrical performance where the main producer and actor was Mr Enrico Arras He guaranteed payments that never came except fake bank wire transfer receipts that followed one after the other The purpose of this Review is to bring to public awareness particularly to the pool of Arras Group investors the deceptive practices employed by Arras Group and in particularits CEO Founder and Owner Enrico Arras especially in the setting of Arras Group proposal to its creditors repayment program that granted Arras group extension of 90 days and its inherent absolute high risk of default or non-performance given prior track record of Enrico Arras failures to complete or even initiate repayment plans contract violations and complicated inefficient contract enforcement legal system in Italy That is what Mr Enrico Arras is going to propose in exchange for debtforgiveness immunity against criminal prosecution for major financial damages that he hasincurred upon Arras Group clients

As publicly reported in the press this week the Milan Court removed ARRASGROUP Board of Directors and CEO and appointed with immediate effect a Judicial Administrator milanese accountant Ignazio Arcuri to replace the entire board composed in addition to Arras also of Fabio Rebellato and Fabio Sagnelli who were revoked The immediate appointment of Arcuri was necessary according to the judge to address the seriousness of the situation in which the company s management currently finds itself As a matter of fact he board of auditors the auditing firm BDO Italia the former financials advisors for the listing on Euronext Growth Milan Integrae sim the special curator appointed in the proceedings and the judicial commissioners who assist the bankruptcy judge in the composition have detected opaqueness and serious information omissions in the keeping of the accounts ARRASGROUP remains in serious financial crisis and its future is now in the hands of a Judicial Administrator This is NOT the TIME to do ANY BUSINESS with this company
