Unwanted holes and water leaks
Unfortunately I went with this company with the reviews I saw on Trustpilot The guys arrived on time and were friendly enough and got on with the task As I was in my upstairs office and they were drilling holes in the walls to insert the bead insulation I heard a crack and masonry falling inside of the house They had drilled a large hole through the interior wall into the top hall dropping plaster and masonry all over the stairs After using MY plaster filler and tools to repair the hole they proceed to drill a very large hole in the front room for an air vent for the log fire Once they had finished and left it started to rain water was leaking through the vent and down the plaster onto our wooden floor The company sent another team out to replace and repair but again the cheap plastic vent and the sealant they used was not good enough and when it rained again water leaked down from the vent down the new decorated wall onto our newly laid wooden floor In the end I PAID a friend to replace the cheap plastic vent and screw and seal a new metal vent on the inside outside of the house Not a good experience for the large amount of money paid
