It was a rainy day when the installers arrived on time They got on with the job and were friendly and efficient Considering it was a wet day they cleared up well on finishing the job

Surveyor Andy Ayres was very informative and thorough although he didn t see the need for a ventilation vent which the installer thought was necessary 3-bed semi was insulated in 2 5 hours by a single installer who also installed the vent at no extra cost Upper portion of the gable end wall was filled from the front and back minimising the number of holes drilled Fast and efficient service

This company do a good job in a friendly efficient way I would ve given top marks except the surveyor did not make it clear enough just HOW MUCH old debris would float into the rooms specifically the loft and kitchen We would ve covered more items with sheets or tarpaulins been more prepared it was a very very dusty job Even though they cleaned up twice now we still need to be careful moving items in the loft They are still covered
