DO NOT TRY THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO LIGHT 360 ON FIRE BECAUSE YOU CAN T TRY IT OUT FOR 14 DAYS TO SEE HOW WELL THE DOWNLOADS LOOK IN 4K YOU CAN ONLY LOOK AT CLIPS FOR 14 DAYS WHICH YOU CAN DO REGARDLESS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SO SCAMMY Some of the downloads never even came through to my email either and I had to download several times I will not stop until I get my money back because this is ridiculous I ve contacted my bank Goldman Sachs an hopefully they can get the money returned to me

Scammy

Footage looks good but it s a small library Biggest complaint is how hard it is to cancel You can t do it yourself You have to deal with customer service which to me means they are intentionally trying to make it difficult to get your money Super scammy vibes

This company is a scam - DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM Do not make the mistake of signing up for an account I signed up and cancelled before my one year renewal because I was not using it I received a message from them saying my subscription was cancelled and I would not get recharged However once the renewal date came around my credit card was still charged I reached out to customer service 3 times and have not heard back They do not have a phone number available anywhere on the site And their email address is hidden in FAQs you really have to dig for it I have now wasted at minimum two hours trying to contact them I am still trying to resolve this but will most likely have to contest the charge with my credit card company which is an additional hassle

Bad service Cancelling not easy

Cancelling your subscription is not easy If you didn t sign up with PayPal you have to contact the support Good luck with that I ve contacted the support 11 days ago No answer yet Today I ve contacted them for the third time and the automatic response included It could take up to 3 business days for us to reply Worst customer service ever

Was fooled by thinking it was a monthly

Was fooled by thinking it was a monthly subscription instead of annual subscription the website advertises a monthly price and when I realized my error I contacted Artgrid for a refund Artgrid declined since I downloaded some stock footage ok I said refund 11 months and charge me for 1 month never again even though I have paid for a full year I won t use their service due to their poor customer service

Would give 0 stars if possible I have been waiting to hear back to get my full refund as I was also made to think that this was a monthly plan not an entire year subscription Their website states you have 14 days to get your full refund so I am really hoping that they pull through and respond to me before then but after reading these reviews I am losing hope

Lost our royalties to Artlist

Lost our royalties to Artlist We paid over 600 in licensing fees We created audio and visual products paid for the licenses only to receive a copyright strike from Artlist We provided our licenses and they never responded to us They stole our royalties and never cancelled our business subscription We had to report them for Fraud to our bank Horrible deceptive company I hope they get a class action lawsuit against them

A huge con - Do not sign up

A huge con You re advised you can sign up for a free account when after you attempt to do so you get stung for an entire year Cue arguing with Art Grid for several days whilst their skeleton crew eventually decide to refund you Having used Envato Istock etc these guys are absolute cowboys in comparison Total con - avoid like the plague

Be aware - Very poor experience

Be aware They don t send subscription renewal notification emails We had an annual subscription and by the time we noticed that the subscription was renewed they would not refund the payment even though we had not used the service for almost a year You can t even manage your subscription on your account page no cancel button or instructions Instead you have to search on the help site and then send a message to ask them to cancel the subscription Very poor experience

This company is a scam Do not sign up with them Free trial is not free Good luck getting a refund or them canceling your subscription They do not offer a monthly fee They advertise it as monthly but they charge you a annual fee They should be placed on every financial institutions watch list This company is disgusting
