Behind every great product is a greater customer service

Nothing says a great product or service like a fantastic support team Artlist itself is worlds apart with it s amazing catalogue and all the other great royalty free products but as mentioned a lot come unstuck when it comes to customer service and with Artlist I had had a few issues mainly credit card issues on my side and or queries etc and they dig deep and find results that s all we can ask for Big shout out to Eli S whom was at the helm of my issue and got my account in order I ve been a customer since 2017 and from where they were then till now the future looks bright they better wear shades

Excellent support team

I subscribed to Artgrid their footage site on August 2022 but in December they updated Artlist and offered a Max bundle offering templates footage and music sfx for the same price I was paying for only Artgrid so I decided to contact their team via direct chat in Artlist io the service was immaculate I was perfectly guided through every step needed to update my account and they answered all my questions Such a phenomenal support team

Saves you extra time and effort

Artlist provides any creator with a wide variety of tools and inputs that help ensure you to make your projects more professional This is my first time using Artlist and it s definitely helped with saving resources such as time and effort usually spent on finding and paying extra for sound or stock footage The team is also quick to answer any inquiries Overall a great experience so far

I am absolutely in love with Artlist It s a little expensive especially after upgrading to MAX But all worth it I am going to budget for this every year now The music is great Their library of footage is absolutely fantastic I had some questions and went on their Facebook page and I was able to talk to a live human within minutes These guys are winning

Top quality products awesome CS

All the products I used from them music videos and templates are top quality real creative stuff and the customer service is simply great whether you ask them for technical help or a hand in finding some specific content they are always there for you 10 10

I wanted to upgrade to artlist max and I had some questions I already had an account in artlist and artgrid I got help very fast they answered everything very nicely helped me to transfer and gave me credit because now I pay less although they basically don t have to Besides that I just very much enjoy the products

Great Customer Service

I have to be honest I was a little nervous because I signed up through the Artgrid side of Artlist and didn t see a cancel subscription option All of my fears were put to rest by their support staff They were quick to respond and even canceled the auto renew on my membership All you have to do is talk to them They hands down have the best footage for the projects I m working on As long as they really canceled my auto-renew then I 100 recommend this company

Variety support

I ve just cancelled a subscription to the music library due to not having any work at the moment I have found the library to be amazing for finding tracks that meet my needs through using the refining tools in the search Being able to listen to them and see the general volume depth of sound represented visually was really helpful to me I missed the cut off date by 48 hrs for cancelling due to covid and their support was super understanding and refunded me When have more work I ll definitely be resubscribing

Great Chat support

I already had a subscription with artgrid and fx Home - So Artlist had the new bundle offer MAX Pro that included what I had already subscribed for and more for a better price So I asked to switch and consolidate my subscriptions into one They did and I even got a good deal as my existing subs still had some considerable runtime left Eli from the Chat-Support did a great job and made the process effortless for me Many thanks to her In general I think artlist has a great offer going combining stock video stock music video editor incl vfx and so much more and image editor into one bundle And the quality is great Of course there are others out there also doing a great job but this combination is unique in my opinion

Everything I Needed and More

They had such a large variety of sound effects and music to choose from that sometimes I had struggled to find the sound I liked the most Customer support was beyond helpful when I needed to cancel my subscription due to budget reasons and was super kind as well
