Great Quality Great Customer Support

Had the service for a year and it was great massive music library and good quality After that year was over I wasn t planning on renewing simply because I don t need it anymore but I got charged since auto-renew was on I simply contacted their customer support and it got refunded within a couple of days Overall very positive experience would recommend it

Great Music Cue Sheet Assistance

I work for a network and needed to complete a music cue sheet for a distributor I contacted Artlist through their website form and was pleasantly surprised by their quick response Eli S from Artlist s customer service was able to fulfill my request within a business day He also went above and beyond by reviewing the information I didn t ask about which was exceptional and very helpful

Amazing Experience

After Discovering their Website and what they have to offer I have found they have mostly anything for a creator out there From Stunning Footage to amazing SFX and Music it s all there I myself had to ask for a refund as I opted for their Template Service but they Don t have Templates for my current software YET I spoke to their customer Service agent and explained why I wanted a refund because I couldn t use anything that I wanted and they gladly helped me out and issues a refund I will still use their SFX Music Subscription plan until they update the Templates for my software which they re working on as we speak Amazing Customer Service Happy customer

I made an upgrade to my account prematurely The support staff was most helpful They helped me navigate my way to correct the incident They promptly responded to my emails and refunded my purchase This was very quick and painless experience This is what customer service should be everywhere

The music is great and the server is very easy to navigate The page may look confusing if you want to reach a real person as I could not find an email to write to but they are easy to reach on their Social Media I wrote to them in Messenger and they answered me quite fast and kept the communication open until my problem was solved
