This site is a scam It tells you that the first 7 days is a trial You can t do anything except look at footage You have to pay for the sight to actually download footage If you download the footage

We tried them for one year They lack of transparency in their billing method as they bill you Their Menu options are limited and not clear You subscribe for one year only then the next year they charge you without advising you Where did the second year license pop from when there is no option in the original menu to do so a One year subscription that was paid should not be renewed without asking the client As a client I lost trust The original license is for one year and it seems to renew itself without advising you This is not the way you conduct good business with your clients Their Account Menu is not clear It is not a nice experience to be charged Those auto-renew that pop between the seller and PayPal is the biggest scam and none sent a reminder either even though our subscription was clear for only ONE YEAR Lost all trust with artist Ltd and PayPal

Money over ethics and people Artlist Ltd purchased Motions Array and has reduced artist pay by up to 75 Money Money Money but only for Artlist Ltd

Basically I tried for a year went through the song and dance of having to try and cancel my subscription through their support Because I just needed it for a few months They confirmed it was cancelled Because you can t do it online They still billed me this year and then didn t answer any of my emails It s currently in a charge back with my bank to try and get my money back

They are trying to trick people to sign up for a year I spent countless hours looking for a track just to realise there is only one option A one year subscription This is very inconvienent for the customer and makes no sense from a business point of view

So they have a giveaway a free LUTpack - but you have to sign up for a paid subscription which makes it the opposite of free and also makes it quite clear they do not know the definition of the word giveaway So what is it A - a ScamB - people who does not know the meaning of commonly use wordsC - false advertisement Perhaps allOh and by the way here is the dictionary definition of the giveaway 1 a thing that is given free often for promotional purposes 2 a thing that makes an inadvertent revelation the shape of the parcel was a dead giveaway adjective1 free of charge giveaway CDs 2 inadvertently revealing something So maybe don t trust this company seems pretty shady I really do not believe they are too stupid to know the definition they are just trying to scam people Into signing up

Support takes 2-3 weeks to reply Cancelation is almost impossible After I finally managed to cancel the subscription was renewed anyways I don t recommend using this service if you can even call it service

There is no cancel subscription button on their website unless you contact them directly Not to mention that the subscription information is being hidden intentionally What s worse it is very difficult to get in contact with their customer service It took me couple of emails to make then reply and cancel my subscription And they still charged me after I canceled

I am very disappointed with the management of MotionArray They change the payment rules without caring what their contributors think I will stop uploading new content And if nothing changes I will delete my portfolio Thank you so much

Don t make a subscription because it is not possible to quit or cancel subscription They say you have to quite it some how over paypal it is how ever not possible too and there is also no adress where you can send a post to quite after one year I m struggling for days to quit account
