I purchased furniture not quite two years ago I called in February to get are reclining couch fixed they sent someone and he said they would have to order parts and then art van never ordered parts The warranty center said I could get my prorated refund back from the store I called the store they won t give me my money back because now they re in bankruptcy The warranty was if they can t fix it they ll replace it if they can t replace it I ll get my money back So I have a broken couch and no tefund and now I have to go buy another couch

I purchased this breakfast table on July I Have Started to use it since Aug After one month later it started to peel the top layer of the table So annoyed Seems like the product is incompleted junk Price is reasonable not cheap but the product is useless Artvan how are you guys sell this junk to customer I requested to refund this junk or exchange to another product But they did not responded to me Just sent me technicians to repair the table I don t understand why i have to keep this junk

Bought recling sofa and recling rocker chair on 9-12-2015 Bought extened 5yr protection plan The furniture is junk and the extened protection plan as well payed 1 407 00 It is now almost 4yrs old the power reclining does not work the one end of the couch is sunk down awful mind you that this is where I sit and I weight 115 lb so it s not because I m a large person it s falling apart it looks like trash my husband and I live here and we are in our sixties we do not have kids jumping on it or abusing it don t buy furniture from Art Van it is total garbage and this is where mine is going on Tuesday in the garbage because when I called they said the only thing they will do is remove stains That s surely not what they told us when we bought it in 5 year warranty does not mean just to remove stains save your money by elsewhere I give them a - 0 rating A big F

We bought our couch in July By January it was tearing on the seats and arm rests Its ome of those fake leather reclining couches The seams at the arms have busted I am horrified at how quickly this thing fell apart 6 months is ridiculously quick 0 10 would not recommend

Bought a couch a year and a half ago and already falling apart Within a month the cushions started fraying at the seams and it took 3 months to get replacements after calling 3 times I am so disappointed in this couch and this company in general and will never buy from them again

If you have any issues with your furniture even after you ve spent hundreds on the gold warranty package do not expect to hear back from anyone They use a third party to handle furniture repairs and it is an absolute waste of money

i have been an Art Van customer for a very long time but this was the worst experience of shopping I have ever had the salesman Quenton I felt purposefully lied to me just to make a sale To make matters worst the wrong bed was delivered twice still waiting to be picked up on Wednesday June 20 2018 I returned to the store on E 8 Mile and Schoener in Warren Michigan on two occasions to rectify the mistake but to no avail so I cancelled my order and went to the competition The experience was totally different pleasant and I have the purchase in the home cheaper next day delivery Think I got an apology Wrong

My 11 yr old grand daughter who was actually 10 at the time and myself got locked in the Taylor Store when they closed for the night No announcement of closing nor did anyone walk around to make sure customers were gone This terrified my grandbaby whom had nightmares afterwards I also hurt my forearm and went to the Emergency room due to trying to get out of automatic doors as suggested by police You think they would have at least gave my grand daughter a bedroom set but No Nothing We were relaxing in massing chairs fully awake and did not realized they closed early that day They promised a gift card which I never received Guess I should call THE HALL OF SHAME
